Tom Brady Retires (Update: Shouts out to Pats players, coaches on social media)

Kraft should waive the rules and schedule the Red Jacket for the GOAT this year. Actually Caton should do the same but they won't.

There should absolutely be no waiting period for Brady to get in the Pats HoF.

Sad that he's going to be inducted with Big Ben

Mahomes will forever be 0-2 vs him when it mattered most

Eh, you can say the same thing about Manning being 3-1 vs Brady in AFCCGs....doesnt mean much

Per Aaron Wilson Bucs HC Bruce Arians has given his entire coaching staff permission to seek jobs elsewhere, even if not a promotion.

Greatest to play the game, ever.

Little Brady poster I made, featuring one pic from each Patriot season... Hope you all enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it... will probably edited it at a later date, adding his name, and to add pics of him receiving his Red Jacket and Gold Jacket.

Really well done!

Brady for OC next year

Zero chance that Mac would have lasted until the late 20s of the first round had Brady stayed in 2020.
That’s why there’s a thing called… trading up.

Not really 3-2 overall postseason play. Head to Head Brady has the edge

Was that early in the 2017 season when Gilmore looked like the biggest FA bust ever?

Yea. October game against the Panthers. Broke my phone, missed the train into Boston and the train back to Maine was 5 hours late.

What a day.

Yeah, 2 years 50 million which was then extended/restructured an additional 1 year with 3 void years tacked on, with a $20 million signing bonus and $20 million roster bonus. But now he won't play that additional year. So he's leaving the Bucs with a big old bag.
Not so different from what happened here all those years, if he signed a 4 year deal and reworked his deal in two that cap owed didn't disappear it accumulated. They wouldn't have signed him (AB, Bennett) to a deal which didn't pay his cap until 2020 if they actually had the space in 2019.

The funniest part is the dollar amount. Or that the Saints owed nearly twice for Brees this year and next in dead cap what the Pats owed on Tom at the end. Wait until we see what happens in Green Bay, they may have to trade him just to get some other sucker to eat a lot of that debt a la Jared Goff.
