Why wouldn't you fire the white guys. The NFL has made it so that a team gets a tangible advantage if they hire black coordinators. Being white is a liability for assistant coaches. If a black cooridinator gets a HC job, the team gets 2 additional 3rd rd comp picks, and we all know that the Ratbirds love their comp picks.
