Didn't Allen play catch against our Zone D last game?? Minus Barmore I can see Allen running all over us. This Patriots Team Is Not a Big Game Team let's not fool ourselves. Need more Talent especially on the outsides. Good season considering but not ready for prime time.

If the Pats can pull themselves out of their funk that they have been in for the last month, this is actually a good thing for the Patriots. Josh Allen in the frigid cold and snow is a favorable match up for the Pats assuming they don't play a soft zone against him and allow him 4-5 seconds to throw the ball every game.

This is a game where the Pats could force the Bills to run the ball and pound their defense with their running game. We see the Patriots from before the bye, the Pats have a very good shot of winning the game. If we see the Patriots post-bye, and the Pats have little to no shot of winning.

Where is that Patriots Team before the Bye on a milk carton?? Have you seen our Team??

Feel the same I always have. Need to be at least even in turnovers and avoid a special teams breakdown and I feel we can go toe to toe with anyone. If we lose the turnover battle and/or give up another blocked punt were not winning.

Mac has to play a more complete game. Having agholor this time and bourne not on a pitch count(i dont think he did anything until the 4th qtr in the last one) will help. We can run on them, just cant be one dimensional.

Buffalo is on fire though. Not playing perfect but 4 straight double digit wins is pretty impressive. Obviously cant have Allen play lights out again. We need a Belichick special here , and better execution on 3rd and 4th downs this time defensively. Gotta find a way to keep them from feasting on miles again.

For perspective - that freezing Titans playoff game in 2003 was 4 degrees with minus 10 windchill so if this forecast is accurate it won't be far off from that.

I was at that game. I remember it not feeling as cold as I thought it would. It was a freezing day, but no wind or elements. Don't get me wrong. It was frigid, but it was bearable.

Patriots played 4 night games: Bucs, @Falcons, @Bills, @Colts. They went 2-2 total and 2-1 on the road which were all non-Sunday games.
Bills played 4 night games: @Chiefs, @Titans, Saints, Pats. They went 2-2 total and 0-1 at home, 0-2 in non-Sunday night games.

Key factor - there's a lot more pressure on the Bills to win than Pats. Bills won the division, had media-fueled SB aspirations all year, and KC demons to exercise. Pats should be able to play loose with house money, knowing they got them last time @BUF on MNF.

The team has been completely gutless since that week off.
Our only hope is that HT, Dugger & Bryant will come back with some serious toughness and playoff leadership (HT)

While we opened in zone last time vs the bills and got shredded (with Allen doing a great job of using his RBs), we actually switched to man for much of the game.
The majority of those crossers to McKenzie that killed us were against man. We were out leveraged on many of those throws.
I think we either need to take a chance at playing inside leverage, or be more effective with re-routing receivers and effectively bracketing. The bills had a really good scheme last time. There were times when we went with the cover one cross coverage that allows us to bracket crossers, and they ran two crossers/digs from the same side so we could only bracket one of them.
