What's wrong with the Chiefs?

Yeah no team is perfect that's for sure. I don't think a running team can beat Tampa. The Rams and Dallas do pose a big threat specially the Rams. I would count the Saints too if they make it. I think the Rams have a good shot coming out the NFC depending on Staffords play
The only way the Bucs play the Saints in the post-season (assuming the Saints make it in) is in the NFCCG. The way the seeds will fall, they can't meet before then. If Niners win than Saints are out and Bucs are #2. If Rams win then the Bucs are #3 and Saints are 7 and going to LA and if they somehow win that then it is off to GB. BTW, I will gladly take the Saints beating both the Rams and GB. LOL

If the Saints make it to the NFCCG they already beat both the Rams and Packers in their stadiums which would terrify me as a Brady fan.

It's tradition for Greenbay to lose in the NFCCG. They're extremely over-rated. Look at the point differential it's the worst from a #1 seed from the past 8 seasons.

im not crazy about them either, it was just a process of elimination for me.

tb- even before losing godwin and ab I thought despite them being the best team, the odds are just so stacked against repeating these days. 1 time in the last 23 years… and it took possibly the best pats team ever assembled to accomplish that. These bucs are good but not quite that good or complete imo, even before losing those 2.

lar - im not as down on stafford as most here, but hes still largely an unknown for playoff football. Not sure i can trust him in lambeau.

dallas - no

gb has the bye and homefield. And i kinda get the feeling ar is just due for one more before he hangs it up like manning randomly getting one at the end with another team that had a horse shoe up its ass that whole year.

The feeling in Green Bay (as I've read) is that things are "different" this year - they look more like a team on a mission than they were in 2020. It would be a major disappointment for that franchise if they don't win the SB. The team is relatively healthy and has home field throughout.

I gotta give LaFleur props. Total PITA, prima-donna, wacko for QB but to his credit has not fought AR out in the open and he's got the team playing a high-level.

They have a good running game and a decent defense.

They are super-reliant on Adams. If he goes down or is shut down that'll be a big problem to overcome.

With that said they are right there with LA and TB.

Correct. Adams is the best receiver in the league IMO, but there is not much depth behind him. Cobb, Lazard, and Valdez Scantling are decent but not elite.

I'm not sure it's wide open. Before the AB situation I would've still said Tampa because of Tom, but now they're too beat up. If the Stafford limits the turnovers the Rams have a good shot
i would take GB over LA and the Buccs right now, Buccs defense isn't the same and they need players back from injuries. Stafford has too many mistakes as you mentioned.

You make a good point. I just think GB will slip up eventually they always do. Could be different this year, but I would still take the field over GreenBay. It's been the same story since 2010

That's a fair point. I bet a lot of guys over the years thought this is finally the year where they not s*ck in the NFCCG and they did anyway

I can't see any of the southern teams heading to GB and winning there, especially if the weather gets really cold...I'm not talking 35 degrees like it was in last year's NFCCG. I'm talking below 20.

That sounds cold
I think there aren’t the clear SB teams this year as some teams look like the same level there could be small mistakes make the difference

I think he means below 20 degrees not "20 below zero"

Agree. Its wide open.

This year is no different than any year. Every team has its weaknesses, but ultimately it's the survival of the fittest. If I had to make my SB prediction today, it would be GB vs KC/Tennessee. Not exactly going out on a limb there, but HFA could be big in this year's playoffs.

Last year I had a clear feeling for KC in the AFC and coming down to two in the NFC ,

I would guess that as well but not want any of this teams to get there they all s*ck

Fahrenheit? That’s still pretty cold isn’t it
Maybe I am just a frostbeutel
Yep Fahrenheit. It's still cold alright. Just not life threatening.

-20F you would lose your ears in 15 minutes without protection.

Has this been measured in the US?

this is what 8 degrees Fahrenheit looks like in GB…you can see the steam coming out of the mouths of the players. Equivalent to about -13 Celsius. Like Gillette, a very tough place to play on January.
