A win is a win, but I doubt other teams are more scared of facing the Pats after today's win than before.
Not sure what happened with the run D - looked to me like they were in Base a fair amount and still got run over. And when they weren't, they were in big nickel, with three safeties.
Mac needs to figure out the delayed safety/corner blitzes - I think there have been four or five between this game and last. All drive killers. That's not an OL issue - the QB is responsible for these blitzers and needs to dump the ball quickly. Some smart schemes by Vrabel today - one one blitz they overloaded the one side, but then dropped someone out before the safety blitz.

Meh. Who cares if they’re scared or not. The best reaction is when they’re all whining after the games. Shocked and confused that they got beaten by a team with no stars and grasp for a hundred different excuses as to why they beat themselves.
That is right. DMac's replacement has meant to me more leadership than position on the field. I would like to see in Dugger someone who can guide our secondary.

Tenn is a good opponent even with some key players missing. While the Patriots continue to come into their own, they have 'things' they can work on as evidenced by the game. I doubt any team thought before or after Tenn that the Patriots were a team above all else, But the Patriots have won 6 in a row giving up more than 13 points only once. In and of itself it is a difficult thing to to do in the NFL.
Sometimes a team wins dominantly, sometimes it wins with some ugliness. Few ultimate super bowl winners don't have ugliness in their wins throughout the course of the regular season. IMHO, if a team doesn't show it can win with some ugliness, come playoff time they'll be sitting with arms folded on the sidelines wondering how they lost to a team they should have beat.
Captain Stone, despite probably never having seen Bourne play, has posted since the day that they signed him that he isn’t worth that feckin “big” lcontract. Whom are you going to believe, the Captain or your lyin’ eyes?
Sorry if this was already said, but weren't those two TDs by Bourne incredible. The first one, okay, a degree of difficulty. The second one, how did he do that? We got ourselves a bargain!!!!
He’s been the best skill position pick-up of the offseason, to date. Better than Henry. It’s going to be interesting to see if teams start to regularly shade a safety to his side of the field in man.

Captain Stone has been railing about how much the Patriots suck throughout their dynasty and into today. Nothing will ever be good enough, everyone sucks, Belichick is a bum……. He’s essentially a miserable human being, nothing will ever change that.

Becoming a leader on a unit takes time, Duggar has played really well and keeps getting better, his time to lead will come after McCourty retires. Patrick Chung didn’t become a leader until his second go round in NE, patience.

Bourne is actually our leading receiver now stats wise.
What a great pickup he has been. Actually this whole off-season has totally turned this team around in a short period of time. Between nailing the draft and FA
What is funny is how the Patriots can shift the narrative.. every time they beat someone..
Carolina dumped their newly acquired starting QB for washed up retread Cam Newton..
Rumblings from the media paint #1 pick Baker Mayfield as a JAG.
Tennessee isn't any good because they are really really injured..
The Jets pretty much gave up on Zach Wilson and were excited about Mike White.. haha..
Rex Ryan and the rest of the Pat haters are going to be crying in their oatmeal. Haha. People can't accept that this team is damn good..
Not to take away from the Patriots strong play over the last few weeks, but the opponents have been underwhelming, either because of injuries or coaching or talent. I wouldn’t pick any of those teams to go to the SB right now.
Well, theoretically, they should be playing more 2 Man Under when playing us if they want to shade a safety to Bourne’s side of the field. So Agholor would still get doubled up on deeper routes, but it would benefit Henry, Meyers, Smith, and the RBs since it would take that extra safety out of the box.
I don't know why the Titans threw on third and fourth down from the 2 yard line when they were running all over the Pats all game long but I'm glad they did. That's the second dumbest goal line call...the first being the Butler INT.
Yeah A LOT to work on Tuesday in practice…especially Run D and OL pass protection/Run O!!! …..and lastly Mac and WR communication….lost a lot of points today on that!
Mills has also been a great addition....very solid for us....you're also forgetting Henry and I think you're missing the boat on Godchaux who has been very good the past 6 games. If you add Karras and T Brown, I'd say we're getting a lot of contributions from our free agents and Jonnu even had a good game yesterday....that train is taking off Jay, you don't want to miss it.
