Not much chance of tempo going forward with White out, unfortunately. Maybe Taylor steps into that role.

He has to be happy. Goff is a system QB imo that has a hard time winning when you ask him to create without a strong running game and PA. He needs his hand held. He can make it work if his supporting cast is top tier. Coaching staff is holding his hand and constantly putting him in good spots. Shanahan has to be feeling this way. Jimmy is a good QB but Kyle wants someone who isn't scared and can think on his own. Again a lot of these guys need to told exactly whare to go, who to go after / look at and need the conditions to be positive to come out with a W.

Like you have guys that can create from scratch and work with w/e they have in front of them. They don't need every top tier ingredient to make a nice meal. They can Martha Stewart or MacGyver some stuff and just make it happen. Bad defense - coming from behind, no running game. They guys that can carry you - Brady, Mahomes. Sometimes Wilson, Rodgers.

Guys that can sometimes carry you, won't hurt you and can really maximize a system for everything it's worth it if you give them a good cast. Watson, Dak, Stafford, Jackson, Allen, Ryan, Murray

Guys that won't hurt you most of the time but need their hand held a little bit. They need help whether it's misdirection / top tier running game / defense / targets. You can win with them but they need a lot to make it work. Jimmy, Cousins, Carr (could be moved up?) , Goff, Baker (could be moved up?) Tannehill (could be moved up?)

Guys that will hurt you / limited / inconsistent. Dalton, D Jones, Fitz, Trubisky ...

I hear ya and kind of hope the same thing. I try to be objective but the RB situation is bugging me. Without Rham we're light and don't have a true bully to spell Harris.

We definitely need a rec / do it all back next draft / FA if we don't plan on sending Rham out on any routes that White runs.

I remember talking about this like a year or so ago when clips of Dak doing this before a game were going around. Really cool to see Eli talk about this. You ever watch Brady and his front shoulder is almost always 100% tight, controlled even though he's creating torque and firing those hips open. That's what this is all about. Opening up those hips while keeping that front shoulder tight.

Darnold for MVP - holy moly that is bad.

End of an era. Ben might go down any day now. Rivers is done (and will be a HOF'r). AR probably has 3 more years left. I wouldn't be surprised if him and Brady walk out together.
*edit* Brady has an outside shot at 700 TD's lol. If he plays 2 more years he'll be right there knocking on that door.

Laser focus Right there. It just keeps getting worse for him especially the Reports. Honestly they were more competitive against cincy than i thought
He's a decent coach in terms of game plan / X&O but he's a better motivator, recruiting and getting teams ready in terms attitude, focus and resolve. He gets his guys ready to play but he has a hell of a time turning that ship around.

Good thing for him is he has a unicorn in Lawrence who looks every bit the part so far. Urban just has to stick it out, delegate responsibilities and build that OL up as much as possible.

NFL has to be watching and have eyes on Jax, Chi & Houston at all times. They need these young / rookie QB's to carry the league over the next 5-10 years.
