Good review of yesterday by Reiss
It’s probably the distinction between when he said cam was their current starter (in training camp) vs naming a week 1 starter. But I think we all want to know who he says is the current starter as of right now.Certainly a change from a few weeks ago where he said Cam was the starter.
I think he's turned it. Now it's about saving face for the vet and not disrespecting him and uniting the locker room behind Mac.I don’t think Bill is as ready to turn the page on Cam as the rest of New England is.

I’ve only heard players heap praise on Jones. If they felt he wasn’t ready, they could always have limited the praise and said such things as “he’s working to get better” or “rookies need time to develop and Mac’s on his way”…. Instead they talk of his command, of how one can understand why he was a first rounder…I think he's turned it. I think it'll be Cam. I think BB will proceed very slowly and make sure he has not only the right guy but 53 other guys, plus the entire organization pulling in the same direction. It will be so plainly obvious to the entire world who's better, and then he will pull the trigger. We'll find out soon enough when we see who takes 1st team reps, first.
Neither do I. I think that it's right around the corner. Everyone is saying the right thing, and Mac looks like the real deal. Let's see how it goes today and then in the game vs the Giants. It's there for Mac to take it.I’ve only heard players heap praise on Jones. While I’m sure there are pro-Cam players in the locker room, I don’t think this is a Milloy-is-gone-they-hate-their-coach situation.
