Not that it’s their fault, but the Harry and Williams picks were the ones that KO’d the dynasty.

They could have had both Brown and Metcalf. Or some combination of one of those guys and McLaurin. They likely advance to the Super Bowl in 2019 even with all the other issues that team had from the skill positions.

lol, i don't think i've ever seen a bigger joke of a receiver. slow, soft, stupid. horrible combo

another gem by BB.

Belichick can do it, he was good at drafting Deion Branch, David Givens, Edelman, Gronk, Hernandez, and growing Troy Brown. All of these guys were found under a totally different offensive coordinator than the current one on staff however. On the other hand, the total bust picks from 2005-2008 and 2013-now have been with the same OC on staff.

You really think the train wreck of 2019 was one or two players form the SB?

EDIT: One or two ROOKIES from the SB?

That is a painful pill to swallow.

From the talent they’ve showed, yes. All Brady wanted was someone legit to throw to. And they only needed one more win and they wrap up home-field advantage. One or two good receivers is worth one game at the very least.

The thought that they could’ve had two Pro Bowl caliber WR’s in one draft is Madden esque.

They needed more than one wide receiver in the draft and unfortunately took the worst one.

How does Miguel know the offset language in his contract?

It was a chain reaction. Butterfly effect. In an alternate universe Tom Brady never leaves, if the Pats don't totally whiff on Sanu for a 2nd and Harry for a 1st.

The team needs a new offensive coordinator.

If I were BB, I'd fold this back on the agent. If the agent really believes that Harry is that good, then BB should tell him what the Patriots will take in a trade and then let the agent see if he can get a team to make that deal.

The OL had collapsed by the end of the year. But a WR worth a damn could have made a big difference, because it would have prevented teams from attacking Brady and the OL the way they did. Would it have been enough for a SB appearance? Maybe not, but it would have at least kept it in play.

The defense was stout. The issue was our skill positions being among, if not the worst, in the league. I think I see where you’re going with this, though. “The system.” If I’m right, please point me to other drafted wideouts who washed out here and went on to have success elsewhere? If not, then please expand on why Brown and Metcalf could not have enjoyed similar rookie seasons here as they did in Tennessee and Seattle, respectively.

Translation: "Hey, maybe you don't have to cut me and my first round contract, let's find another way!"

look at his IG and his spending. Boy went out a bought like he was expecting a big payday in the future.

Looks like this is legit as the major media outlets are reporting this.

But as bad as Harry has been, I don’t think they’ve made they best use out him.
I'm not sure they could have done more based on the circumstances.

I still think Harry can be a productive WR in the NFL but it won't be here.

Although people get mad at you for bringing this up a lot, it’s quite alarming.

There’s also the more alarming fact that Floyd Reese oversaw the drafts from 2009-12, which saw them draft almost every star player of the 2010s.
