I just spent 15 minutes of my life reading this entire thread, and it was time most excellently spent. Prime content, thank you, valiant posters.
Also, I think A-Rodg is most definitely gay.
Who the hell kisses a girl with their hands like that though....

Germaphobic too, perhaps...And what kind of tee shirt is that?

How many of you guys who have swooned onto your fainting couches over Rodgers calling his GM names in a chat are also people who chortled endlessly at names like "Little Adam Schitt" and "Sloppy Steve Bannon"?

I didn't equate, you ASSumed I did but I'm still rich worker > richer company.
Your use of the word "worker" created a logical relationship between professional athletes and ordinary people who perform ordinary jobs for a living. Yeah, most people think of Tom Brady as a "worker."
If you want to show sympathy for a class of exploited football players, those who play college ball deserve far more attention than those in the pros.
And thanks for descending to name calling by capitalizing the first three letters of assumed.

He also missed her mouth completely.

What happens to NFL players matters. Take Brady for example; his defeat in court during defamegate will have ramifications for what happens to employees across America, regardless of their wages. We may not perceive that highly paid NFL players are being abused by their employers because they make so much money, but in the eyes of the law, we all have the same protections because the relationship between those players and their owners is legally similar to the relationship many Americans have with their employers.

I am also sad that, given all the great content in this thread, I responded to a serious post...

But the worker needs the job more than the company needs that worker.
Except that without workers, companies cease to exist. There are many who are self employed.

Companies bring everything except the labor to the equation.

Not for long. Pretty soon, a number of jobs will be phased out in favor of automation.

Good Morning. Please allow me to put this thread back on the real topic.

Show me one person who watches or pays attention to see Jerry Jones in the box. You watch athletes that come from poor, hard backgrounds. Invest time & emotion in them and the sport they make great, but they're aren't more important than the guys born wealthy who can't change a tire. Sounds about right.
Chiefs Planet has a thread on Clark Hunt's brood in the owner's box.

Google "Miss Kansas" and you'll know why
