Player Signing Nick Folk Is Back

He was outstanding last year.
I trust your memory more than mine, i must be thing of the year before when i posted that if he had to make a kick over 40
+yards it was a nail biting adventure.

He was incredibly reliable last year, although, oddly, he missed a couple of extra points. If he's as good again this year, he'll be a bargain.

Definitely was a worrisome signing a year ago based on his then recent history.

But his consistency and even some above avg distance kicking last year was a welcome surprise bright spot on season.
i think he had some kind of injury issues 2 years ago, but can’t remember what they were.

Gillette and all the outdoor stadiums Pats play in aren’t the friendliest for kickers. So I bet his stats are even a tad better than they look if normed for indoor/outdoors.

Yea he missed 3. 24th in XP ave. Only one player in the league was 100%.

Butker was better at FG than XP. Sheesh.

He was great last year. Still would have rather hung onto Koo, but Folk was very good.

Darn you @manxman2601 I posted the same thing at the same time with a dad joke but your thread beat mine. Sigh....

Glad to have him back!!! Special teams are all set!!
