So they really don’t want to trade Harry, but rather trade “Henry”.

He would have to earn his role. If he plays like the player we thought he was going to be coming out, that’s the whole idea.If you drop him down to WR4 or WR5, how does that help his game or trade value?
You can play that game with any team, any year.Remember that, instead of Easley, the Patriots could have had Tuitt.
I hope there is. I'm not one of the people who whined about his performance or his draft position, but IMO we've seen his pluses and his minuses already. Given where we are in our team development cycle I'd be OK with gambling on a 2nd or 3rd just to see if we get lucky or not.Disagree there’s a number of teams who may think in a change of environment as a 2 or a 3 he could be a steal.
I don't know if that draft thread still exists, but I was all over Tuitt. So the "hindsight" crowd can kiss my ass.Brutal. But que the “hindsight” crowd arguing against it even though Tuitt was mocked to go to the Pats.
This kind of leak at this time of year suggests it's highly likely he gets cut with no compensation at all, and they are just hoping someone offers up something.Nothing says you suck at drafting and developing wideouts like other teams circling like vultures to get your 1st rounder for a 5th or some equal BS draft pick.
The buck stops with Bill, for better or worse.I hope these were Caserio picks.
Bill's had great moves and decisions, and he's had lousy moves and decisions. Overall, I think the fairest evaluation of him is that he's been an above average GM who's been greatly aided by having gotten TB12 way back in the day. And, based upon the reports we've heard in the last decade, a fair portion of the drafting problem is because of two "issues":Aww I completely forgot
Dear God
i still remember Chad Jackson over Greg Jennings
Laurence Maroney over Deangelo Williams and Maurice Jones Drew.
I have nightmares about passing up on Brandon Marshall the WR
Greg Kittle it just goes on and on.
Hoping this new regime can fix this
No, you can't.You can play that game with any team, any year.
Dobson was a second round pick who had a 4 game sophomore season, and was not in a position where he had any expectations, beyond hoping not to get cut, in year 3.He would have to earn his role. If he plays like the player we thought he was going to be coming out, that’s the whole idea.
You don’t go with with the expectation he will accomplish this. You just give him one last chance due to the high level investment you made in him.
Hell, even Aaron Dobson was given three years here.
He's been sucking but the QB situation was not good for him and receivers need to develop chemistry with the QB.
Last year we had no QB and the year before Tom with that classic chemistry problem and it didn't help Harry missed half of the season.
I would give him another chance but if there's an offer it might be good for him as well to go to a different system.

That’s why I’m saying let’s give him one more camp. We could probably still get a 6th/7th for him around that time anyways.Unfortunately if he is traded, its going to be super underwhelming. Like Harry and a 6 for a 5
It does if the QB doesn't trust him enough to throw him the ball.He had Tom Brady as his QB in his rookie year. The notion that the QB situation hasn't been good for him doesn't hold water.
