Well, it seems like some people on this forum would rather have JJ Watt. Godwin, and a whole bunch of other star players sign with Tampa just for Brady to have a loaded team as opposed to those guys signing here for the right price. It's almost as if these same fans have given up on the 2021 Patriots and have looked south to boost their happiness or something...

The Bucs just won the SB and are top contenders next year, so they're in a position to go grab a few key pieces and make another run

The Patriots are in an entirely different situation.. They're essentially staring a significant rebuild in the face, starting with the most pressing and difficult need to fill at QB. There are so many pieces the Pats need, its going to take 2-3 years of drafting and a franchise QB to get back to contention.

The JJ Watts of the world arent going to want to come to New England anyways, its not a desirable spot right now.. in the past it was because everyone knew they had a legit shot at a ring, but that is not the case right now.. It will likely be the case again in a couple years, but we're in rebuild mode now

I was not a fan of the guy for obvious reasons but his transformation this year was remarkable. I didn't see it happening but happy that it did for Tampa but more importantly for Brown.
