As if there was ever any doubt ... (Kyle Van Noy)

I am not seeing where anything that he said was obviously inaccurate. He likes to talk, but it isn't like he's making up crap. It was pretty mild, considering that they ran all over NE, with an anemic running game at that, while their D did what everybody's D does against NE lately.

How dare he say we broke when we broke.

Yeah... if you’re going to call yourselves tHe BoOgEyMeN, you best not get run over like a blind squirrel on I-95 in the Wild Card round.

Or the week before at home to a 5-11 team

Who fattened up on a weak schedule until the second half of the season.

They only bad defensive games they had were Ravens and Texans. Those were the only teams that scored more than 23 points against them all year.

but dolphins final game of the season

Held them to 20 points. Brady lost that one with his terrible pick-6 to Eric Rowe of all people.

but titans playoff game

tannenhill was 8/15 for 70 yards. ya henry got his yards, but the defense only allowed 14 points (which were scored in the 1st half), titans offense only had 2 drives that went more than 40 yards in that game, 5 of their 9 drives were 15 yards or less. Pats offense had a half to score a FG at home and they couldn't do it. Still question why Michel who was running decently in the first half only got 4 carries in the 2nd half and why Burkhead only got 3 carries all game.

They gave up 20 to Miami's 25th ranked scoring offense.

Not saying they weren't any good. They were, but overrated for sure as they were talked about as a historical defense. Giving out nicknames was way too premature imo. Definitely fattened up against some terrible offenses in the first half.

That's far from the worst trash talk I've seen. KVN was an essential piece of 2 champions and a 3rd Super Bowl berth. I'll let this one slide.

Boogeymen was a great name.
Too bad they didn't live up to it on the final drive of last year's regular season...or on the very next drive one week later...

They were still the #1 defense in the nfl no matter how much you want to belittle bring #1

I guess you will be able to show me the defenses that never allow touchdowns right?

I personally love trash talk, but this barely even qualifies. I'm not triggered by talk or celebrations except when Josh did those fists pumps like mentioned earlier. Josh rubbed it in 10x harder than the people that actually played.

I hope more people call us out. That is when things get fixed.

Their D last year was just like the Rex Ryan Jets - Good secondary, terrible front 7 and relied on manufactured pass rushes. Teams figured it out and the "Boogymen's" trickery became ineffective. Van Noy is still in denial that their success was on scheme alone/fooling teams and not their pure talent.

Such an embarrassing name. They couldn't hold up Bruschi, Johnson, McGinest and Vrabel's jock straps.

Ehhhhh...

I can't care much, and I didn't see him out there being **** Butkus or anything, so... :coffee:

Hey, Kyle - love how you & your D gave up 56 points in the biggest game of your season.

3rd highest cap number ($10.9 Million) on the Phins and he ends the season with 69 tackles and 6 assists.
