That’s because we have nothing at the TE position besides Izzo and two dinged-up rookies and our supposed expert at high pointing the football within the WR corps, Harry, kind of sucks. Then you have Newton’s terrible footwork after that.
I really hope we see more of Jordan Thomas (besides ST), but I'm guessing we won't because like Edelman said to Newton about the playbook when he first got here, "Hey bro, this sh*t is CALCULUS."

Often. But I’m not sure why you’re surprised. I’m probably the nicest guy on the forum. It even says so right under my name.

Exactly my point. Being nice comes naturally for you. It, meaning your loving nature, is evident in all of your posts. So I thought it was extremely unusual you had to TRY to be nice today. I thought you might be drinking.

Even though I have a very kind and nurturing nature, with patience for all kinds of differing viewpoints and an extremely high level of tolerance for stupidity, some days take more work than others. Be blessed, my friend. I hope your day is as beautiful as the clouds in the sky and may your life be plentiful and filled with love. God bless.

Cam can't play any worse than last week. So we have that going for us. Which is nice.

Would love to see Bill confuse the rookie QB.

I keep telling everyone that cyber hacking is not as hard as it looks. I mean look at this example right here.

We see him confuse our own veteran QB every week.

I actually wonder if these second half outbreaks of aerial offense (Seattle, Houston) are more "draw it up in the dirt" football than the usual known to be complex Patriots playbook? I obviously also chalk it up (Chock it up? Damn idioms) to the inconsistency and inaccuracy Cam has always had throwing the ball, but there must be more to it than that because it's like two entirely different teams. One that can move the ball in the air meaning a QB and receivers that are NFL quality and one where it looks like single wing HS football where the only time the ball is in the air is on punts.

I know the team cant play "simplified" aerial football all the time because once it's game planned against it will fail miserably, but at the same time there has to be some balance point between the two extremes we seem to have with this particular Pats squad.

Belichick as a coach is 19-5 vs rookie QBs, going for 20 on Sunday.

Trivia - who are the 5 that beat Belichick? I know 2 are Ben and Buttfumble. Maybe Pennington too? I can't recall the others.

I think Russell Wilson that year in Seattle at the beginning of the Seahawks run may have been a rookie. Didn't one of the 900 Browns rookie QB's get a fluke win? I think it may have been that Peyton Hillis year.

Yup - you're right. That was the U Mad Bro game in 2012 and Wilson was a rookie that season. And yeah Colt McCoy was the Browns rookie QB when Hillis ran all over us.

That makes Ben, Sanchez, McCoy and Wilson. The 5th one is not Pennington as he was a rookie the same year as Brady in 2000 and didn't start. Thought it might have been Kap - that was the 49ers game in Foxboro when the Pats almost completed a huge comeback. But he was drafted the year before.

Lol Colt McCoy. I actually saw him in a game on Sunday, I can't believe he's still around.

Oh... the 5th was Geno Smith :D:D:D

That was the Jets game where for some reason Bill wanted Slater to ask to kick off to start overtime if they won the toss.

Think he was with Washington last I heard. Got hurt or something

Had to look it up but he came in for Daniel Jones in NY the other day. Looking like he might play a few games too as reports are Jones's hamstring is jacked up.
