I will leave Dak, Trubisky and Jimmy G off this list. I won't be featuring their back ups or any backups. So i'll only feature 29 players. Though Foles who is playing for Chicago would break into this list at some point near the bottom. While this list puts an enthisist on this year, it take prior years into account,

#29 Lock - Dude has been horrible. The reason I put him below Darnold is because he has more weapons and has done just as bad. Grade F
#28 Darnold - Read above. Time to move on JEST. I was wrong about him at the draft. F
#27 Haskins - Another player it's time to move on from. Missed on him too. F
#26 Jones - While he has issues he shows more flashes than the other 3. D-
#25 Cousins - A fairly bad year for a QB that can't seem to get over the hype and has been trending down. I'd put Floes just behind him FYI. D
#24 Newton - For all the justified criticism about Cam, remember he has the worst case in the NFL. He still makes plays even them sometimes. D+
#23 Fitzmagic - Hot one minute cold the next. Seems to always force his way onto the field, and occasionally looks pretty damn. D+
#22 Bridgewater - He been good the last 2 years as a very solid game manager. The consistency he's shown puts him here. C-
#21 Mayfield - One good year and 2 bad ones with lots of talent around him. He'll likely start for a while but begrudgingly. C-
#20 Rivers - Has been very solid as a top end game manager and savvy vet. C
#19 Burrow - Only a rookie, but he has shown enough to make us very optimistic. C
#18 Herbert - Burrow is getting most of the press but Herbert is the rookie doing just as good or better with a worst cast. He gets the nod. C
#17 Minshew - Story has gone under the radar but he's been very solid. Jags should be happy with him. C
#16 Goff - Sucked in the super bowl but it's hard to deny his regular season success. C
#15 Wentz - Should be top 10. But this season has been an absolute disaster and an inability to stay healthy lowers him. C
#14 Allen - Recently on a down trend the last few game but overall has shown a lot of promise and has a decent track record. C+
#13 Carr - Under the radar has been impressive the last few years C+
#12 Murray - So far in his 1.5 very good years. If he closes up the year well he'll move up even more. C+
#11 Tannehill - This rank surprises me as much as it might you, but he deserves it for his recent play the last 3 years. C+
#10 Stafford - Stafford is the kind of being good, but not very good. C+
#9 Ryan - Ryan the type of QB that is good enough to give you false hope. This decade's Phillip Rivers just about B-
#8 Watson - Him and Ryan are similar. Good enough to put up numbers and keep you competitive if you have a good team. B-
#7 Jackson - Lamar is never going to compete his sophmore season. But he's been overall good this year and will be until he likely gets hurt :( B+
#6 Brees - For all the talk about his lack of arm strength, he's showing substandard strength isn't important. As long as it isn't a Manning noodle. B+
#5 Ben - He has been really good this year, but not amazing. I still think he's lost a little something. Still barely elite though A-
#4 Rodgers - As good as Rodgers is, do you trust him to get it down in a big game? Elite but i'm wary of his close ability. A-
#3 Brady - The dude is 43 years old! While I'd say other QBs are better overall. Push comes to shove in a big moment. Give me Brady. A
#2 Wilson - He's having the best season right now and has elevated himself in the last 1.5 years a bit. A
#1 Mahomes - Still barely the best right now as good as Wilson has been. That being said the play calling and play makers are amazing and his play doesn't quite match his amazing stats. He knows how to close but he showed just enough holes this year to keep him out of A+ range... for now. A

Top 3 there are the mvp candidates in that order.

If Brady dominates the Saints Sunday night he will move up.

#94 Cam
#95 Stidham
#96 Hoyer

( 32 teams x 3 QBs =96)

Russell Wilson is on pace to break the TD record with DK Metcalf & Tyler Lockett.

After being mislabeled a game manager for much of his career this is his Brady 07 moment. He’s carrying an average roster & bad defense to a 6-1 record.

I don’t have much qualms with your rankings but imagine him with Hill, Kelce & Reid as the playcaller.

Leaving Kyler Murray out of the top 10? Arizona is a 3-13 team without him.

Yes. If It was only this year he'd be top 10, but i'm also considering track record to a small extent.

Are darnold and flacco interchangeable?

I’d trade every QB we have Nkeal Harry and Michel for Kirk Cousins

Wilson and Mahomes my top 2

24th. Sounds right. Maybe they'll implement a Post-Loss Cute Outfit Bonus and he'll soar to 23rd.

Your high esteem of Wentz betrays you. As does your love of Brady.

I love me some Brady, but I can’t find any metric that makes me believe he belongs in the top 3 in a 2020 QB list.

Right now, Brady's top 10 behind Mahomes, Wilson, Watson, Rodgers, Murray, Roethlisberger, and maybe Tannehill...

Post is dated November 6. Reasonable to say this was a fair assessment of his season up to that point.

No idea why these old threads are being dug up lately, many by one poster. There should be an auto lock when they’ve had no activity for 14 days or something.

Didn’t look at date... people must be running out of convo fodder around here.
