On the Patriots, Rome RAVES about what a badass Belichick is for taking out all the Spygate BS on the league and ends his rant with "The Patriots go from button up Vanilla to STRAIGHT UP HOODLUM."

I think I'm starting to like this guy!!!

He talked about "hoodie" this way on his show yesterday too. He loved that he's "fueled by hate". He said he went from being the most boring figure in all of sports to the most compelling.

I think Jim Rome is great. That program is true entertainment. If you don't take him too seriously, there's some funny stuff. Check out the Miss Teen South Carolina rant sometime. Pure gold.

Rome doesn't really add much to any discussion. He's a good radio personality, I'll give him that, but he doesn't add a whole lot of insight. Basically, he just repeats the same thing eight different ways then moves on to the next story.

Although he is so ridiculous and over the top it makes me laugh out loud sometimes, like when he referred to "O.J. 'I kill people' Simpson" I choked when I heard that. But yeah, most of the time he's a total headache

actually, i think Key is pretty insightful. after listening to him on the radio for the past few weeks, He has a pretty good knowledge of the game imo.
