OT: Arrest Warrants issued for Giants Bakers and Seahawks Dunbar

This could be good news for Logan Ryan.

I don’t believe it no way someone could be this ****ing dumb this is Hernandez level dumb

The most important part of this story is that Dunbar likely won't be starting at RCB for the Seattle week 2.

They do have the cap space to make a run at Ryan, though (~16 million).

They screwed up their whole lives

Plax: I have to be the dumbest motherf*cker in the history of the Giants organization, almost shooting my d*ck off and getting thrown in jail.

Deandre: Hold my beer.

This is why bill drafts them in the second

Innocent until proven guilty. However, this doesn’t look good anyway you look at it. Hope it was mistaken identity, you’d think police may have pretty good evidence besides word of mouth, before they bring up charges when they know it’s gonna be a national story.

For some reason I’m thinking claims were made for a rolex that was actually a timex, but you never know.

Despite whatever Early Bird Kraft may or may not have done, I think we can all agree he's not guilty of human trafficking which is what the SA claimed during the televised press conference when the case broke. The point is FL is famous for fvking up stuff, overreaching and over charging.

I don't know if these guys are guilty or not (nor do I care) but having a warrant issued for your arrest is hardly enough to condemn someone. But we are in the age of SM and the Country is overrun with idiots and morons so shouldn't be surprised.
Except that to get an arrest warrant issued you have to present some kind of evidence before a judge. you don't necessarily have to prove your case but you have to show you think there's a case to prove. It's the first and easiest evidentiary hurdle to clear, but let's not pretend you can get an arrest warrant in the absence of any evidence at all.

Ill hold off condemning these idiots because I can't believe they could be that stupid and I don't believe everything I read.

This is true. However, there's a long way from issuing a warrant to a finding of guilt. For example, look at Chung's case who also had a warrant issued I believe (based on evidence), yet his case was resolved without admission of guilt or trial or anything. I don't remember the details but I think he basically needs to keep his nose clean or the charges get refiled or something. Chung is still playing football.

Chung’s case was more an issue of prosecutorial discretion and plea bargaining I think, and the charges were a whole lots less serious than armed robbery. Heck the transcripts I saw had allegations that Baker directed an accomplice to shoot somebody. That’s a whole different level.

If you follow the link above and read through the arrest warrants there's a helluva difference in the Chung situation. If even half the witness statements from the warrants hold up these clowns are toast.

Per the report, Baker and Dunbar came away with four watches: A Rolex (valued at $18K), a Hubolt ($25K), an Audemars Piguet ($17.5K) and a knock-off Richard Mille ($600). Victims allege they had $12,800 in cash also stolen.

And that's when the gang learned that Bob was only "fake rich".

There goes two bright futures as NFL coach and GM.
