I think we need 1 more trade with the LA Chargers in the 6th round, Our pick (195) for their pick (199) and a 7th round pick, just so we dont look bad. Then we take Pick 199 and draft whatever QB we still sorta kinda like, just to troll TFB.

Swift would make an enormous amount of sense for KC. I'm curious to see where they go with this pick. They're already scary on offense, but if they added Hamler, that would be something else! No one could match that speed.

I would love a run on RBs (no pun intended) early day 2 as well. Winfield Jr. to the Pats pretty please .

Lots of good options still on the board (Winfield, McKinney, Delpit, Epenesa, Gross-Matos, Jones, Cleveland). So much for Kmet definitely going in Rd 1.

The thing is, even if he's good, he's a redundant player in a year where the team had more urgent needs at other positions. So, unless he's immediately a shut down slotCB, it's a wasted pick for 1-2 years.

Which is a very Patriot-y thing to do (see Joejuan Williams and Damien Harris).

Talking about the position rather than the player, I’m going to have to disagree I’m afraid. Unless you’re in our position, I don’t think you can have too many CBs in today’s NFL (although we seem to have managed it).

However, where I agree, is that I think the Dolphins could have done better.

The Pats roster has some significant holes and multiple serious needs, one first round pick wasn't addressing those problems and let's face it, Free Agency wasn't exactly filled with quality this year. It's not rocket science, Skip.
