"Tom Brady, welcome to Florida's quarterbacking graveyard"

Thing is ... Brady always responds with chip on his shoulder... "Ya don't think I can win at TB?."
" Ya think I'm too old.?"
"Ya think I need Belichick to win NFL games.?"

Something tells me not to bet against him... . This Tampa thing could recharge his game in ways that would not have happened here. It will be interesting to watch it play out. That is for sure...

Suh just resigned in Tampa. Their front 7 is really, really good.

I kind of hope he fails. As a Patriots fan, it would validate Bill's decision.

I don’t hope he fails but I hope he doesn’t win a ring for the same reason and it would be at the Patriots expense.

If they don’t have an offseason program I have my doubts on TB and his guys getting on the same page. It is all fun and games until the bullets start to fly and so and so isn’t where TB wants them to be. It takes months and of practices to even start to get on the same page when you have new guys on the current team you are on.

I don’t know if you ever responded to this question. TB hasn’t attended off season programs the past 2 years. He has been missing practices at a higher clip each and every year for maintenance and injury.

Does this change at 43? Sure the lack of offseason reps helps physically but hurts chemistry wise.
He stated his intentions to attend OTAs in Tampa Bay and a quarterback can generally get a feel for a receiver’s route running via a pitch and catch session in the event OTAs and MC are canceled. As for missing practices? That’s what happens when your only quality receiver is Edelman, he gets banged up himself, and your OL is the walking wounded. He still made it threw each of the last two seasons, one of which ended in a Super Bowl. He finds himself on a much better offense now. Go look at the tape. If you know what an inside shade looks like in C1 man under, you’ll see it a lot. There’s good (bad) reason for that.

Within the next month he'll probably invite Evans, Godwin, Brate, Howard, maybe even Edelman, to some secluded place in Montana where they'll practice.

Patriots vs. Bucs in SB LV!!!!!

Goes into 3-4 overtime periods before BB and Brady settle it man0-mano mid-field!

his biggest obstacle will be the quality of teams in the NFC next year.

A look at the Bucs vs. good teams in 2019:

Lost to Niners 31-17 in week 1 (Winston tossed 3 INT's)
Beat the Rams in week 4 55-40
Lost to the Saints 24-31 in week 5
Lost to Titans in week 7 (Winston tossed 2 INT's)
Lost to Seahawks in week 8 34-40 in overtime
Lost to Saints in week 10 17-34 (Winston tossed 4 INT's)
Lost to Houston in week 16 20-23 (Winston tossed 4 INT's)

Gotta think the Bucs with Brady would not go 1-6 vs. this slate...

Does it chap anyone else that Brady didn't attend the Pats OTAs recently - when clearly he needed time with his new receivers - but he will with the Bucs?

Yes, he wasn't all in and it showed

For sure, but I would think maybe an 11-5 record as opposed to his usual Patriots record of 12-4 or 13-3 is more likely.

"Mike Bianchi, Welcome to Journalism's Graveyard."

Sadly, I've read 10+ of this guy's articles over the years, and I can only think of one guy worse than him, Clay Travis.

Kravitz is 10x better than both these guys, and he's the 3rd worst sports journalist in America.

His out route and back shoulder throws have been poor for a while. I mean dude was missing White by a mile more and more the past few years. Thats why defenses clutter up the middle and force him to throw outside accurately. I’ve watched film from his 37-40 and then his 41-42. Huge difference in consistent velocity and accuracy. It shows up at times but just not as much as it used to. I mean he went what 4 games without a TD? I’m sorry, the receivers weren’t that bad to allow for that.

Looking at these foes and scores, pretty clear play action teams feasted on Tampa’s D

Of course. The water carriers will say it was because he was underpaid, won 6 SBs for us (you u grateful loser you!) not realizing he could have just not signed any of the contracts and left. Booohoo. Nah, super G wanted out, she got out and now all is well.

The again most here think even with no OTAs and just TC they will be launching out of the gate on fire. Its lose/lose with them on this subject.

No politics please but... he might be in Tampa Bay now, but he's the lead topic in the COVID-19 press conference.

although i would have preferred Brady stay and retire a Patriot, BB absolutely made the correct decision IMO. I was easy to blame everything on the WRs, but Brady played poorly. I dont see him getting better next year

I'd say that about anyone else but Brady. Of course he's older, but it's possible there were other factors that held him back last year and he still might have a bit left in his tank.

It doesn't bother me at all. If the owners want the players to attend optional events then it should be in the contract, just like article 46.

This. As a Patriots fan, it would be so much easier to watch him suck than do what he did for us for 20 years for someone else.
