And you're not comprehending that he didn't suck in NE, in fact he was an excellent player.

How can you say that Pennel was an "excellent player" in NE when he went from 1st string to 3rd string to being CUT in Training Camp? Pennel didn't take a single meaningful snap for the Patriots last season..

Did you really expect the Patriots to spend even moderate bucks on a wide receiver?
Same for a tight end. Don't expect them to invest high draft picks on pass catchers. Brady had to leave the Patriots to have decent pass catchers.

Yep. Because Brady never had decent pass catchers during his ENTIRE career with the Patriots. NEVER. They all sucked. SMH.. Seriously. The amount of BS you're spewing is ridiculous. You're acting like the Patriots have never EVER spent money or high picks on receivers for Brady.

Free Agents:
Gaffney, Moss. Welker. Amendola. Brown, Fauria

Trade:
Sanu, Gordon

Draft Picks (1st-3rd rounds)
Graham (1st round), Watson (1st round), Branch (2nd round), Jackson (2nd Round), Dave Thomas (3rd), Brandon Tate (3rd), Gronkowski (2nd), Price (3rd), Dobson (2nd), Harry (1st)

There are such things as the Salary Cap and a limited number of draft picks. And consider the Pats have had 2 first rounders stolen from them by Herr Goodell, I think you'd be paying a lot more attention to things.

Ironically, he had a slightly bigger impact in the SB than Donald. He actually had a pretty decent game.
Yes and no. The Patriots game planned for Donald and double-teamed him in every snap but one. While that limited his results, the fact that he commanded 2 players itself an impact. Suh was single teamed, and while he had better “results” than Donald, it wasn’t nearly enough to cause the Patriots to change their strategy.

It remains to be seen if he is a complete bust. Twelve catches for 105 yards over
the regular season.

Yeah. A season where he had an injury and the Pats were cautious with him. Hence the Pats putting him on the IR and designating him to return.

But, you can't seem to be bothered with putting things into context. You used to do that..

All kidding aside, I'm happy he's on Brady's side because I used to fear playing against him. I always felt he was out to hurt Brady.
You need to tell us more about what it was like to play against Suh. High School? College? NFL?

Harry was a big body who was supposed to be able to break away from much smaller
defensive backs for extra yardage. The games I watched him play, he was dominated by the smaller player.

That’s way too much for Suh. He’s not that good anymore.

Good for Nate.

But him Thuney or Hightower one of those 3 need to give us cap relief now.

We need cap relief at this point to go forward. I'm not sure we have enough for even a minor signing at this point. We will also need cap money at the time of the draft.

The big 3 are the most obvious options for restructure, extension or trade. Cannon is another option.

Completely agree
We may see a trade down in the draft because the cupboard is bare we need top cheap talent.

Another media driven agenda headline from Florio.

“Bucs continue to attract FA as Suh re-signs”

I know you clowns are trying to dupe the public into thinking TB at 43 is a massive draw, but you are flat out lying. Suh coming back because of essentially Brady is the same as saying Slater or DMac came back because of Stidham.

How disingenuous and obvious it is that they are trying to push this crap narrative. It’s ridiculous and just ads to my belief that a lot of the NFL is influenced.

Jalen Ramsey went for two 1sts and a 4th. I'd take that. I wouldn't if Brady were still here.

We need to get younger. And with quality players. High, d-Mac, slater are old. Brady, ghost are gone. We need the next group of leaders, the next spine, if you will.

We might also need a QB, in which case some draft ammo wouldn't hurt. Even if stidham is the guy, we need to built around him.

Only reason you'd keep gilmore over a couple of 1sts is if you think we can win right now.

Also, even without gilmore we still have a pretty decent secondary.

I don't think we're getting that return for Gilmore. He might be the best defensive back in football, but he's also up there in age whereas Ramsey's trade value was inflated by the fact that his entire career was ahead of him.
