Brady gone

Anything that happens before my first coffee isn’t real life. I expect him to take this back any second now.

Ahhhh. The tried and true paper forecast. Always so right, and never so wrong. Why John, can’t you see it? This team did this, and that team did that, and the Pats haven’t. Done. Crap! The season is over. It’s doomed, we’re done. Never mind that we still have an entire offseason ahead of us (this one hasn’t technically started yet).

Never underestimate the number of chicken littles waiting to post on this board.

Brady wanted a long term deal. Belichick being the tough negotiator he is said no way.

Look at the schedule next season and look at how BB is awful at drafting WR and TE and tell me who this team is going to beat to get more that 5 wins.

How many TEs has BB drafted in 19 years? I'm not counting 2000 when they had to use the crap from Grier.

Love, Holloway, Graham, Nead, Watson, Stokes, Mills, Thomas, Gronkowski, Hernandez, Derby, Izzo.

Izzo the jury is still out on.
Thomas gave them a decent year as the #3 TE behind Graham and Watson. Then Thomas missed most of a season with an injury. He then came back and started 10 games in 2008 but wasn't really a part of the offense because of Moss, Welker, Gaffney, and Faulk.

Nead, Stokes, Derby and Izzo were all late round picks. (6th/7th rounds)

The way I see it, you have 4.5 out of 8. Pretty good.

Brady got what he wanted. I hope he's happy. I certainly am not.

Sell off all assets, tank, and retrench. Try to take a shot at Lawrence. Thanks for the memories, Tom. I wish you well in whatever uniform you wear and hope you can get #7 (unless it’s at the expense of the Patriots, which I doubt it will be). On to the next page. Time for BB to prove he can win without #12 behind center.
But you hate BB said so in the other thread.

never imagined this day would come, this is the worst offseason ever

I kept on believe he would come back, until the McC signing. Once we got so little money in the Cap, it finally settled in.

So far we've lost Brady, Scar, Van Noy, Collins...yikes.

Meh, just another bloated ego that can't be happy with an estimated half billion dollars net worth with his wife. He showed his anger last year in a camp interview complaining to the media, in essence saying, "Don't you think I've earned more"? Millions aren't enough, they have to be the most millions.

We knew this was happening but its still a gut punch when it final. I cant believe these guys couldntt work it out. That AFCCG drive vs the chiefs is still in my memory like yesterday. Unreal.

turn back the clock to 2000, I think we were in a worse position because bill was a new hire, bledsoe wasn’t panning out and we didn’t have high expectations. Doesn’t have to necessarily be a rebuild. We have nkeal Harry entering his second year, jules is still here, slater is still here and both McCourtys are here. Veterans are there to help out whoever the starter is going to be.

Put yo money on the Chargers.

1 - They are having a tough go selling tickets.
2 - Bradys parents are close by.
3 - Bradys Mom has been sick.
4 - Chargers have talent but Rivers never came through.
