Just as the question poses. And how long did it tske you to get over the loss? If at all. Lastly, how does this loss compare to other postseason losses? Personally, it took me about three days.

Unfortunately I could see it coming a mile away because of how crappy the offense played all season. The defense while great in 2019 would eventually concede points and then it would need the offense to pick up the slack. That task proved impossible given the complete lack of talent on the offense side of the football. So it didn't take me long at all to get over that.

It was hardly a blip compared to 2007. That took a LONG time. The Tyree helmet catch was pure lack and we had an all time great team. That one stung and it couldn't just be explained away.

Didn’t take long to get over. The offense was not good for a majority of the year and by game 17 it still wasn’t fixed. We weren’t going anywhere win or lose that game.

I was over it with about 1 minute left in the 4th quarter

I got over it immediately. As soon as the game was over. In fact, once they lost to miami I was pretty much over this entire season.

Quite braced for it.
After seeing our defense let the Miami offense march right down field for the game winning TD. In OUR house. In a game that meant something. Still couldn't do it. I was mortified then.
Not that I would let the Offense off the hook. Whether it be the fault of TB, the Oline or mediocre receivers or bad play calling. We just were not feared by anyone.
Sure the defense was gangbusters at the start of the season but slow but sure, teams began to realize we couldn't stop a decent running game. Sure we all hoped the run D would put it together. We also hoped the Offense would get it together and start marching down field on nearly all possessions in start of the wildcard.
We all held out hope. It's what fans do.
But no. Was not to be.
These were all signs that number 7 was not to be attained this year.
So yeah, I'm over it.
Lets move on to the 2020 season and have hope again.

The "writing was on the wall" for several weeks before the playoffs.

I was way more disgusted with the disgraceful loss to the Dolphins. Didn’t ultimately matter tho cause the 2019 team was far from championship caliber

Really we all should have known as soon as Gronk said he wasn't coming back

What everyone else said.

I had a religious-like hope that BB and TB12 would pull a rabbit out of their hat and put something together like they did in that fantastic first half against the Chargers in last year's playoffs, which really looked like a different team than the 2018 regular season squad. It became very apparent that wasn't happening this year early in the game.

That avatar.....lol.

Plenty of time to get my mind off football, so I'm good now.

Now I'm onto thinking about how Randy from Trailer Park Boys posts here.

The losses to Tennessee and Miami completely changed the way I'm thinking of this team...after the Buffalo win I thought, yup, let's f-ing go...I thought another deep run an at least trip to the final four...but those two complete and utter stinker no shows AT HOME really drove him the point of how "not good" the Pats were last season.
As currently constituted they're closer to missing the playoffs than going to the super bowl...and with Brady they're not much better than that UNLESS they miraculously get some WEAPONZ

Can’t even remember who we lost to.

im more po’d with the miami loss (2nd f#%}%#% year in row!) than the wc one

The exciting win against the Bills was when I said "you know, we might be able to pull this off".

The loss to Miami the following week proved to me that this season would not have a miracle run. I preferred to lose to the upstart Titans over losing in KC and hearing "Brady can't win on the road!" (even though we had won there last year, I am sure that would have been the narrative)
