1 Biggest FA needs

2 Biggest draft needs

3 Coaching changes or ideas.

4 What to do at Kicker?

Brady is back with the Patriots? That’s news. All he said was that he’s back in terms of not retiring. Biggest need to fix the Pats is to ensure Brady is back at QB here.

1 Emmanuel Sanders and Dola

2 Tight end and D line

4 Draft a kid and have him compete with Gostowski

draft a kid and let him be the kicker.......too many other needs that unaddressed, won't matter who your kicker is

You need to get out more.

I would love a trade for Kareem Hunt. He is a game changer.

Cleveland barely uses him, but youre probably taking a 2021 2nd round pick. He could be a cap problem too.

Did I miss something? He said he was essentially not retiring. He didn't say he was coming back to NE...at least that's how interpreted "I'm not going anywhere" in his commercial. I do think he'll re-sign with NE though for 2-3 years

I believe kareem hunt is a FA

Figure out and fix our Oline situation first. Getting Andrews back most likely, but in the process Thuney is a goner. Dante retiring also and that is a big deal. Oline play needs to be stable.

Are the Pats trying to get a percentage of their Aarp discount and social security?

Edit double post

Chargers RFA Austin Ekeler is another option at dual threat RB. 25 year old Dude is a beast. Austin Ekeler Instead of going on the cheap its time to pony up for some legit weapons.

Burkhead just doesnt do it for me.

I'm in the camp of thinking that Brady's ad meant he's not retiring, not necessarily that he's coming back to NE. But, in the interest of the discussion, you "fix" this team by:

1) Making sure your OL talent is up to snuff. Depending on how they feel about Froholdt, Cajuste, etc, that may mean bringing Thuney back. Without Dante, there's no more making due with whoever we end up with. The starting talent will need to at least stay the same, and the backups need to be better than they were in 2019 (Karras exlcuded).

2) Add talent to the TE group. This position is tailor made for Brady's style of play, and a good tight end makes more difference to this offense (both in the passing and running games) than a good WR, IMO. Sign a veteran and draft another kid (somewhere in the top 3 rounds).

3) Add talent to the WR group (hey, just because I think TE is more important, doesn't mean I think WR is good to go as is). Like TE above, sign a vet and draft another kid to compete with Meyers (Probably 3rd round or higher, unless a stud falls in their lap). I think Harry will improve next year, and regardless you know as a 1st rounder he's going to get every opportunity to do so. If Meyers makes a leap too, even better! But I'd rather keep kicking the can for developmental positions.

4) Maintain the defense as best you can, but if it needs to take a step back to sure up the offense, so be it. The offense has more... um... "room to grow", than the defense does. Still, I wouldn't be surprised to see a defense heavy draft. There's a lot of aging vets on that side that we'll potentially need replacements for in the next few years.

If Ekelar is franchised, I'd get Henry.

He doesn't necessarily do anything for me either, but I can think of a lot of positions I'd rather throw resources at than our 3rd RB.

Spend all the resources on offense. That's it.

609 rush yds 8 TDs
993 rec yds 8 TDs

1602 yards 16 TDs for the 2019 season.3rd down RB?
