This could be big, bad news for the Pats. From the beginning, Brady to the Chargers has made too much sense to me. They need to fill seats more than they need to win games - I know, it sounds crazy. Out here in SoCal, land of splash, Tom Brady would fill seats. They will overpay for him.
I don’t think Tom is motivated by money so much as he’s motivated to win one more. Three questions need to be raised from here...

1. Is he of the opinion that there is a championship-ready franchise out there that merely needs a QB?

2. Does he trust a franchise to maintain a winning roster more than he trusts the Pats to remedy their mistakes and re-tool their roster?

3. Does he want to prove he can win one without BB?

Jameson Winston threw 30 INTs this past season.

Rivers to Tampa
This would be my bet. He’s still declining but I think he’d get the most out of the last couple of years of his career under Arians.

If we keep brady, I'm app in in austin hooper.

That guy can slide in and give us 70% of what prime gronk gave us.

Money is an issue but if they can figure it out I think it solves a huge hole for us

The good news is that ex NEP Tom Dimitroff is the Falcons GM. The bad news is that Tom Dimitroff is the Falcons GM and could slap the non exclusive Tag on Hooper and then let him go out and bring back a deal to match like BB would. Hard to fathom that Atlanta would let the 6th ranked TE go for a song. 2019 NFL TIGHT END RATINGS | Football Outsiders

Chris Godwin and Mike Evans are beast WRs.

Ojay Howard has 1 year left on his contract. Maybe Rivers can click with him like he did with Antonio Gates. 10 wins is not out of the question.KC just lost 2 guaranteed wins in 2020.

Hypothetically, it seems like a good fit, but between Tom's age and his comfort within one system his whole career compounded by several other factors personally and professionally for him at his age I think it would be a bad move. Similar to Joe Montana in KC. Brady is as smart and hard a worker that there is, but there comes a point where it becomes too much. He may feel great at his age, but it really is a young man's game and he's closer to 45 than he is 40. Stuff starts to change real fast at that age. Even TB12 can't beat father time. Stay in NE.

Supposedly Giselle hates LA.

Maybe Tom buys Philip Rivers house and commutes from SD. It should have enough bedrooms for all of Gizelle's sisters to visit.

Rivers to Tampa or Miami ok, seems like he's already moving to Florida.

Mariota though? He isnt starting anywhere unless injuries happen, the guy is a bust, a terrible QB.
I didn’t say start. Though he might if the Chargers draft a rookie QB.

I'd love for us to go after Hunter Henry, is a very good blocker as well as a target in the passing game as well. It will all depend on cap space that we have. Also would you rather spend 8 to 10m of cap space on a TE than WR. Depending on who we go after
