Yes it is hard to understand that you say they did it for this reason but meant it was just really one of many possible reasons.
“They cut him because they wanted McLaughlin” doesn’t say it was among numerous possibilities.
As I pointed out this is wrong because they didn’t have to cut him to claim McLaughlin and actually cut him AFTER they didn’t get him on waivers.
It’s ok to just say you were wrong.

Which of course they didn’t because they don’t have to until they win the claim.

clearly they wanted Huggins.
Saying a second thing that totally contradicts your first thing doesnt make your first thing right.


Bottom line they absolutely didn’t cut him because they wanted to get McLaughlin because they knew they weren’t getting McLaughlin when the waiver claim went through.

the fact that they cut him for a different reason is iron clad proof that they didn’t cut him because they wanted to get McLaughlin.
