Oooohhhh you’re thaaaaaat guy on sports forums
I get a kick out of fans that say “we” as they are not a part of the team.

Isnt it time to find a new saying instead of "sign the beast"? That was so 2015.

Maybe like 2010...I remember hearing "Sign the best" for Adam Seward...

...as a joke, of course

...I think

How we going to afford big ticket WR after somehow we miraculously sign OBJ???

Or at least that's what the guy says..

I really doubt we sign dez. He fumbles in the end zone too much

We didn’t lose to the Ravens because of our skill position players We didn’t lose to the Ravens because of our skill position players We didn’t lose to the Ravens because of our skill position players We didn’t lose to the Ravens because of our skill position players We didn’t lose to the Ravens because of our skill position players We didn’t lose to the Ravens because of our skill position players We didn’t lose to the Ravens because of our skill position players We didn’t lose to the Ravens because of our skill position players We didn’t lose to the Ravens because of our skill position players

Come one! Come all! To the Debate of the Century!

I waffle on doing it myself. I agree with you in principle, but man I'm lazy and "we" is far fewer keystrokes than "the Patriots" or even "the Pats" or even "they".

Oh yeah, if it's in Foxborough, which in all likelihood it would be, I like our chances.

In all likelihood? The Pats are up one game on the Ratbirds and would lose the tiebreaker. Basically, we're hanging by a thread with a half season to go. I do applaud your confidence though.

The Ravens have a more difficult schedule though, and the Patriots have a game in hand. Both teams play the Texans, Bills, and Bengals, but the Ravens play the Rams, Niners, Jets, Browns, and Steelers while the Patriots play the Eagles, Cowboys, Dolphins, and Chiefs.

Funny that this would come up here. I just changed from a "they" to a "we" in a response in this thread.

If we're fans of the Pats "we" is perfectly fine, maybe more acceptable. I actually don't like seeing posters use that as a criticism, as if we aren't part of the team because we're "only" fans. Fans are the ones paying the freight.

As for Dez, no thanks please.

Until the Ratbirds beat the Seahawks and Pats I thought they'd lose more than they have. Both teams have 3 or 4 potential losses and 3 or 4 potential pancakes left.

Sign the injured, aging, malcontent?

Sign the tired, the poor, the hungry, the huddled masses yearning to be free.

If you're not part of the team, you're not part of the team, and you're not part of the "we". Paying the freight as a consumer doesn't make you a part of the team. It just makes you a consumer.

Dez and Melo? Holy **** we’ll be loaded
