Jets Suck -- 2019 Edition (Official): Entering A New Half-Century of Moronic Mediocrity!

Jets at Dolphins opened at -6 1/2 NY but most casinos now have it at -3.

It was his left thumb, right?

That’s a locker room mutiny adjustment.

Hard to tell who's the bigger idiot -- Crispy or the dolt who drove nine hours to watch the failing Jete.

Well since the dolt paid out of his own pocket I'd say he gets the nod but the Jete idiot bus is all inclusive so they both get a swift kick to where their own johnson would be...if they had one.

Reason #3,948 Sam Darnold is a joke. He's a huge whiny b1tch. How many times have you heard Brady tell the press about a toenail or thumb injury to his non-throwing hand? This guy is already in Big Ben territory. Now missed a string of games both years, and after every crappy game (so, almost all of them), he lets everyone know he's suffering from normal wear and tear injury. Seriously, what an unfit, mentally weak loser this guy is. He won't get a chance anywhere else, unless it's some lame competition between him and another bag of crap like Mariota or Winston.

Left thumb injury is latest Sam Darnold malady
Just try to imagine BB commenting at length on Brady having a toenail removed or spraining a digit on his non-throwing hand (or throwing hand for that matter). I'm waiting to hear about Darnit's bruises from those eight sacks Sunday.

Bahahahhaha

That is truly remarkable. Includes 6th overall pick twice and third overall pick twice. How is it even possible to get such a low return?

This is awesome, even Jete chairman Crispy Johnson has no idea what's going on with his team...

Actually, it sounds as if Crispy knows exactly what's going on with his team...they suck.

The Jete are shopping Jamal "Punk" Adams -- the "heart and soul" of their defense. It's a fire sale en route to tanking!

Jest tanking to select the next franchise QB

Gase doing exactly what he did in Miami. Starts trading/dissing all the well known players to make it seem like it isn’t his fault he got stuck with this mess.

Cowboys interested.

Definitely a good time for mocking, but most here have the wrong target.

It's the oline. 8 sacks yesterday. Eight! And it should have been double that.

They literally do not know how to block anything other than a straight 4 dlinemen rush. And they're not even good at that.

I don't see how it gets fixed this season. I'm starting to wonder if it's possible to rebuild an oline in one offseason if all resources (draft n free agency) are dedicated to it.

Perhaps spend 2 high draft picks and spend for 1 or 2 free agents.

The schedule gets much easier now, but I'm worried about Sam back there. Sort of like how David Carr never recovered from Houston's horrible oline.

If Sam still isn't getting some protection vs these upcoming lesser teams, I hoping for a reoccurrence of mono to keep him safe.

I wouldn't worry too much about Darnit. The Jete medical staff will take good care of him.

From TFA:

Playing Miami is like taking the antidote.

Raise questions? Who the bleep ever wanted to play for Crazy Eyes Gaze and Woody Woodpecker?

Da Jete are a team of mercenaries and non-talents who could not catch on with other teams (see Thomas, Demarius).

Damn, you know it's bad if they're making comparisons to the Kotite Era.

It seems that all that money only bought Bletch a half season of happiness.

All fair points. If Gaze was the offensive mastermind he was billed to be, why do da Jete Suck so bad?

Of course we all know the answer: Adam Crazy Eyes Gaze is just one more piece of debris sucked up by the cyclone of suckage that is the NY Jete Experience.

I remember the Kotite era. He was a bad coach but he had decent players. This version of the Jete suck all over.

"Ghosts? I see them all the time son, it's nothing to worry about."

Jamal Adams complaining again because, say it ain't so, the GM on trade deadline day listened to offers and asked for "too high" of an asking price.

I can’t decide who is worse. The little punk Adams, who is whining about potentially getting traded because apparently he’s supposed to get whatever he wants (and just a few weeks ago made it known he wanted to be traded.) Or Gase, who is a total snake and basically pulled sht like this all the time in Miami, stabbing players in the back and channeling all the blame to the team captains and leaders, who all grew to hate him.

It will be fun to watch.
