Bengals have said they won't trade anyone.

Because the Jets won't re-sign him, so he'll be a FA next year anyway. Having a rental 9especially for a team as bad as the Giants) doesn't make him more likely to sign there (probably the opposite).

The harm is that they lost draft picks.

It’s one thing if howard was killing it for the bucs but he hasn’t so the bucs have no leverage cause they don’t even know how to use the guy. He has been useless pretty much in that system. They’re asking likely for a first rounder based on potential.

This has trainwreck that ends with Howard on Bucs written all over it as the Bucs still have another year to keep him in limbo. He will be traded in the offseason or next year around camp time.

Hope I am wrong and BB and Licht find a way.

Bengals being the Bengals really feel for those Tanking Team this year. It might be quite a few coin flips to figure out who's picking form one to ten.

Bengals are refusing to trade anyone which makes little to no sense, they should just go for the full rebuild like the browns did, collect picks and build again.

Bucs also don't make a lot of sense with their high price tag with Howard, considering the lack of production as well as they are just stuck in the middle with that team.

Don't think they will move him. They like him and will pay him.
