Jets seeing red over "seeing ghosts"

I’m gonna call bulls*** on this one. Players don’t walk to the sideline and say they were seeing ghosts a lot.

What makes you claim that ?

I don't know. I didn't really see anything wrong with him saying it, or it not being bleeped out. What I do see wrong is a coach who sucks and a gm who sucks who both ended up putting their young qb in a position to fail.

Gase making a big deal of it is really really dumb. But, he is an idiot and a crappy coach.

I never got the hype of Darnell, but what they did to him Sunday wasn't very fair.

Darnold was pretty much just talking to himself and in the process showing he was not ready for that type of defense. Gives the Pats props in doing so by basically admitting he’s confused and seeing ghosts. Whatever, he was mic’d up.

Gase is the real tool here. In his egotistical way, he had a hard time admitting his game planning and preparation were not satisfactory in the least. He could of defused it by a large percentage by admitting the Patriots crushed them in every facet and he has to do a better job. BB would of made himself, his coaches and players all responsible for the loss from his opening statement which Gasebag refused to do until it was too late with useless babble.

To thoughtful people, it was an intelligent/reasonable comment. Most players probably aren't self aware and self honest enough to even allow themselves to see that it was partially their own fault. Some folks verbalize such things when the realize them. Most would simply blame others.

To thoughtful people, it was an intelligent/reasonable comment. Most players probably aren't self aware and self honest enough to even allow themselves to see that it was partially their own fault. Some folks verbalize such things when the realize them. Most would simply blame others.

actually, many of us who loathe the dollphins still root for the *pats. Donne boy out-right cheated being on the board of the officials. I'd rather see the *pats in the superbowl with 5Star and GOAT TB12 at the helm then those freaking goons who still have the *undefeated claim to fame. If buffalo can't compete, please shut up the stupid doll-fins fans.

why stoop to rooting for the jete, don't you loathe them more? at least bills fans are die hard, the jete fan goes to games based on the wind direction.

How do you know that’s what NFL films never allows. Because Manish says so? Do you think Manish gets to see all the NFL films sound bites that never make it? I think that’s unlikely. So we have a NYJ reporter who has an agenda as a source.

I’m gonna go off my personal experience working around men, and high testosterone men. They don’t usually talk about how scared they are to each other. They don’t talk about their weaknesses. If anything there’s a lot of false bravado and “they can’t stop us” and “we’re gonna come right back.” The chances that not only do players talk like that “all the time” but it get captured by microphones “all the time” strikes me as bologna- especially when they know they’re being recorded. I think the rarity of the sound bite is most likely due to the rarity of it occurring- and occurring with a mic’d player.

I don’t consider a source who doesn’t get the NFL films edits a source on what’s contained in them.
