Near as I can tell, he's worried that Bill is going to be baited by the success against bad offenses into doing something stupid that lessens their odds of success in the playoffs.

Seems legit.

Sounds like something BB would do.

Why do you guys follow Vollin if you hate him so much lol?

I thought Gordon’s injury looked like a hyperextension. Any updates/thoughts from the twitter docs?

It used to be The Globe or Herald had enough people covering the team that someone would be assigned the story to find out what was up with Michael Bennett.

Now there are three times as many people covering the team, and they're happy to repost what Rappaport and Schefter have tweeted, while adding their own (usually) uneducated take.

I was going to say the same thing, even acknowledging that it’s difficult to get information, the fact that Volin just tweets boy Bennett’s not there, that’s interesting… That’s really the same thing anyone here could do, it just seems really lame.

I'm hoping they sent Michael to pick-up his brother at the airport.

Aw ****, now the MCI is parrotting me (I DON'T want the association).......

"Interesting" is Volin's go to word to describe everything - A player attending/not attending practice, a cloud that looks like a duck, a new flavor of potato chips, a slinky...all very interesting.

How about Bennett for OJ Howard straight up?
That would be a nasty d line there.
Or Bennett to Denver for Sanders
Bennet for Higgins?
Bennett for Hooper?
That’s the kind of Nasty Atlanta needs.
Bennett for Goeadart? He’s not doing anything in Philly and their D is awful.
Bennett to Minnesota and a second for Diggs.
Bennett to Jac for Chris Conley.
Bennett to Chicago for Shaheen and a pick back.
Bennett to Houston and a second for Will Fuller
Bennett to Tenn and a third for Humphries.
Would love to see the press conference and Humphries responses.
Bennett to LA Chargers along with a second for Keenan Allen.

Dude, we only have 1 Bennett on this team...

Good news on Dorsettt. Bennett is interesting because he's been mentioned about possibly be traded and not being happy about his playing time or lack of it.

The Herald is running a bare bones operation. Volin & Co. don't have that excuse.

Chao says reminiscent of Michel’s injury last year that shelved him for a couple games. There is a new 17 at practice....

It’s more professional than “I don’t know wtf is going on and my Google searches aren’t helping either.”

Any reporter can once in a while do a little legwork.

Reiss definitely works for stories, but for most of these "journalists" its about connections and parroting.

I was responding to your talking about reporter numbers. The Herald basically has 2. They have Guregian, who doesn't break news. They have Callahan, who just got there as a replacement. The Globe has about 5 (Volin, Gasper, Price, McBride, Princiotti).

I'm worried that they are making the mistake of using our D against these vanilla Os as a measuring stick when when the the real Os come and playoffs having him could be a huge need.
Probably never occurred to Bill

Who said anything about "hating him"?

He's incompetent and arrogant - - it's enjoyable to make fun of that.

.
He also has a dartboard kind of face.

-Snap count
-Speaking up about his playing time
-Being out on a random practice with no injuries (That we know of)
-The fact that Bedard and others have already hinted that he will not go back to Philly and Pats may have a tough time finding a partner...aka there have already been talks or feelers out there for him being moved

Him not playing much right now thus him not being happy about is not nearly enough indication for me that it is OBVIOUS that he gets moved.

He could be just ill or be kept out who knows.
