For this game and only this game, I believe we would have far more points with Stidham.

He would be unaccounted for by the defense and he can run. This offense is pass only with no protection. Serious problem. Will get uglier.

I don't know why but a TE with a last name of 'Sprinkle' makes me irrationally angry.

Because TEs should be named Slaughter or something and that's the literal opposite. But OTOH I imagine growing up named Sprinkle almost forces you to become a badass.

I'm definitely keeping a close eye on Brady the next few games. He is making terrible decision in the redzone. Seen it against KC, then BUF now WAS.

Might be common now and the decline is in full force.

Patriots defense - best in the league.

Patriots secondary - better receiving corps than most in the league.

Patriots defenders - some excellent special teamers.

The Patriots defense alone is better than all of the other 31 teams in the NFL.

It seems like they have given up on he run game. Can't really blame them. The run blocking has been awful. Poor Sony Michel has no hole to run through. They suck run blocking and pass blocking. It's going to be a tough season if the O-line doesn't improve. When they play better defenses it's going to be awful.

Dude, if it was a safety he would have accepted it. The refs might have been wrong not to call it a safety but that's clearly what they did.
