It's perfectly coherent. You just are thinking like a Patriots fan.

For the Steelers, there is no urgency, there is nothing 'at stake'. Sure, there was a chance to make the playoffs, but they needed help to do so, and they beat the Bengals without Brown, because the Bengals are terrible.

You hold it as some sort of indictment. Steelers fans and more importantly, the Steelers organization doesn't feel that way. There was nothing at stake. Missed the playoffs? Oh well. There's no accountability, no consequences for behavior or performance. There's only The Process is The Process.

You think it's horrible because your standard requires your players to give a ****, and place importance on games later in the year. The Steelers don't do that. That's why it was allowed to happen as it did.

The entire team didn’t quit, Brown did. And commitment to a team isn’t a concept that solely applies to the Patriots.

Hey, how about the NC vs Clemson game? An unranked team threatening to defeat #1 Clemson.

That was a huge stand by the Clemson defense.

Wow was he late my goodness. What a catch! Howell blew that big time

We just have to keep it together until Harry is back. Brady will be happy again.

UNC going for two here!

Brutal call there. You’re at home and have played them well. Take the extra point.

Agreed w the call to go for it but they should have came out w that 1st formation w 3TE & look to another target. Clemson wasnt ready

If this was in Death Valley, I’d agree with it. In North Carolina? Definitely not.

I get that I just think Clemson has a lot easier time scoring even tho they struggled.

Excuse me I come here to follow the latest development on Antonio Brown. I expect the rules to be followed strictly, ban these lesser-football fans

that’s why he’s a poor man’s Stafford. Same build, same talent but makes worse decisions.

I'm not talking about decision making.

I'm referring to Cam Newton like quit in Stafford.

See a different edge to Mayfield, if he grows up and gets a BB type coach (he loves his coaches too much)

So there's hope.

Wonder what he's focused on. Hopefully a return to the Pats as part of the deal to settle the $9m grievance.

If you ask him, he’ll probably reply back.

Of course it's an indictment. It's truly mindblowing to see obstensible Patriots fans poo pooing a guy walking out on his team on the cusp of the playoffs just because you're so desperate to have him here.

Brady needs to press Kraft 1 on 1. Remind Kraft once more that "I'm the best damn thing to ever happen to this organization" and hint at signing elsewhere in 2021 as an empty threat.
Because of Brady’s age and rumors of Kraft blocking him being traded to the 49ers, he doesn’t have any leverage anymore.
