I expected someone to miss the point, congratulations on being that guy.

It would be unprecedented to suspend a player without an arrest or guilt admission happening first (except for the unusual case of a lot of evidence and police involvement not producing an arrest in Elliot's case. However, even in Elliot's case the legal activity happened before the suspension.)

In other words, the NFL has never preemptively suspended a player. If they do that with Brown - suspend him before this civil case is resolved - it would be without precedent.

What are you babbling about?????? The NFL suspends lots of players each year without arrests or guilt admissions.

PEDs, egregious hits and other infractions don’t result in arrests or guilt admissions.

Does it really matter now who her lawyer is? If these texts are his (Which they probably are) then screw the guy. He was already walking on eggshells as it was, whether the allegations were true or false, this makes him a dumbass that can’t let the legal process do its thing.
