This list is far from complete by the way.

If AB isn't suspended and goes through a full season without any team-hostile event similar to these emerging, then Belichick gets coach of the year hands-down.

Can’t compare the circus show allowed in Pittsburgh to the pats. Once screw up here and he’s gone. If he can’t make it through a season here the guy will never make it anywhere.

Yup we don’t disagree on that...

Apparently the accuser did get married this weekend according to daily mail.

Trying to link it.

it's based on nothing really, I'll be honest about that. I don't know. Do you?
If it’s based upon nothing how do you “find it really hard to believe that these are not true”?

If you don’t know any of the truth hue could it be really hard to turn out to have guessed wrong?

I’ve got a lot of money riding on the Pats winning the AFC championship. I’m a person or syndicate with the means to get people to say what we tell them. Enrich them if they do; make them disappear if they don’t, As we speak, I’ve lined up 3 woman to come forward to say Pat Mahomes was sexually inappropriate towards them. One of them will file a civil lawsuit for damages for sexual assault on the eve of the playoffs. The other two will come forward with their stories soon after.

Based on the precedent of putting Antonio Brown on the Exempt list without criminal charges or any real evidence, I’m convinced Roger Goodell will have to put Mahomes on the Exempt list greatly improving the odds of me getting the outcome I want.

This is an imaginary and exaggerated example of the slippery slope the NFL is facing here, and why they should get out of the personal conduct business. No one wants to root rapists, murderers or inside traders on to victory but to say the league condones those crimes if they don’t take action is ridiculous.

Although flawed, there are institutions in place to achieve justice for the aggrieved and remove the malevolent from society. And, as much as it flies in the face of the ad hoc lynch mobs we like to form, it’s probably best as a society to let those institutions do their job and not try to pass judgement ourselves.

I don’t like Antonio Brown or want him on my team, and that’s my right. But, to deny him a chance to practice his craft, live his life, and earn a living based on a civil lawsuit filed after they could not agree on a figure and an anonymous report of basically being a creep is a little too much for me.

it.

Out of the whole article which is long, not 1 picture from the ones we saw last week with AB and his accuser.

IMO exposing yourself to a contractor at your house crosses the line of being a creep into sexual harassment territory. Being creep is something like texting a coworker after hours saying her feet looked nice today.

And Ken, with all due respect, the article details much more than just the civil lawsuit and the alleged exposure.

Several allegations of unpaid debts, rotting, dead fish he didn’t care for, violent/aggressive outbursts, throwing furniture out of windows onto a busy street.

Take the time to actually read the entirety of the article; his troublesome behavior is vast.

I still think there’s a lot of value in what you wrote but Brown is a highly problematic figure and I think his behavior may have crossed into criminal territory on several occasions, in which case I have zero issue if he was prosecuted and therefore couldn’t play in the NFL, or if the NFL decided they didn’t want someone like him representing their league.

Made up allegations are funny until they happen to you.

That SI article cited something like 15-20 incidents. Many of them police reports. Some of the vendor complaints were indeed filed before he became a Patriot, like the celebrity chef guy.

AB is a schmuck. It is what it is.

The irony and hypocrisy is rich with all the posters going on a tear about false claims being so horrible, since nearly every single one of them is simultaneously assassinating the character of these women and screaming about them being money-chasing scum.

Which, of course, they don’t know to be true at this point.

Something about a pot and a kettle ...

But he's our schmuck.

I wish the towel incident was the only stupid thing he did...

LOL, ummm yep that's probably a wish that your genie.....well....she is probably going to smack you on the back of the head and say 'really?'.
However, bad behavior (not talking actual sexual assault, murder etc) isn't a reason for not playing football including the Patriots. I know many like to think you only root for the good guys. You're wrong. Some football players come from the toughest backgrounds with violence or f'd parenting a staple of their life. AB isn't the only Patriot to fit that description, he just is one of the more, if not the most, conspicuously (and arguably quite stupid) about it.
But how about this? Why not at least root for him to turn it around on and off the field? Unless you believe he is beyond redemption(??) why not see if this will be a new man thanks to being in a BB environment that preaches a certain mantra to approach the game and life.

Josh Gordon is a guy that I can root for to turn his life around. AB may be beyond repair, regardless of what nonsense Giselle posts about him hurting on the inside. As long as he isn't a distraction to this team, I'm fine with it. The problem is he is a walking distraction wherever he goes.

Show me one example the past week on this board where anyone has come remotely close to saying this.

Saying that Goodell is a jerk who is going to look for any reason to suspend Brown and will probably do so says zilch about what they think about due process.

So why don’t you tell us the names of posters who want Goodell to suspend Brown?
I normally agree with a lot of your posts. So I'm more than a little baffled by your question above - is this a serious question? Unless you PM'ed several people in the last few hours since I was last on here and asked them to delete their posts, there are not a few but several posts in this thread either calling for the Pats to cut him, or asserting that it's inevitable that Goodell will place him on the list. Kind of amazing that someone who normally seems pretty intelligent would imply otherwise, as though anyone on here can't read the thread for himself.

Can we at least hear her out first..? Is there a criminal complaint for this one?

As criminal complaints are public, and she wanted to remain anonymous, I would say no criminal complaint. Law enforcement tends to use initials, and an actual complaint would likely be part of the story.

Right on. There are now about 12 to 15 detailed and specific allegations against AB for various reasons. Obviously they are all completely fabricated because these people are a bunch of gold diggers. They are probably just doing it because they are fans of other NFL teams and hate the Patriots. All of the eye witnesses saying they saw him throwing furniture off his balcony are probably Steelers fans trying to get back at us.
What line do you suggest we draw now that we're going to start putting players on the exempt list or cutting them simply for being unsavory characters? I suppose you would have kicked Michael Jordan off the Bulls because he had a gambling problem and punched teammates in the face? Brett Favre sent pictures of his junk to a woman other than his wife - I suppose you would have retired him a few years early? Kobe Bryant was accused of worse than what AB is accused of right now, years before he won his fourth and fifth championships; I suppose you would have saved us all from having to suffer through watching such an evil man get to continue to live his life as though he were allowed second chances like the rest of us?

How many times would an athlete get to slip up from being a perfect human under your reign, oh righteous one? One mean look at his girlfriend? Or maybe two mean looks and an actual thrown piece of furniture?

Some of you people would be right at home in China. Their system of justice aligns well with your worldview.
