Welcome.

Answer: Yes, she does.

IMO both sides have credibility concerns but this is why evidence, credible witness testimony (the Steeler player who was in the house?) and due process is important.

What will be interesting is discovery.. not sure either party want to go down that prickly path.

The NFL has a funny way of determining what video is wants/doesn't want to see.
Usually it's funny "haha" or funny "strange," in the NFL's case it's, funny "convenient."

Not even the point.

Why would you taunt someone if it's consensual?

If it were consensual, the response would be, "I know, stupid, I was all for it!"
What was the timing of the "taunting"? I can see him doing that if it happened after her law suit was filed. It's not a huge stretch to imagine her thinking it no big deal at the time. Maybe they did "playful" sex things like that to each other. Maybe he just thought it would be funny. Maybe she laughed about it, maybe she was annoyed about it. Maybe she merely tolerated it. If that's the case then I can see how Brown might taunt her about it now that she's filed a law suit against him. On the other hand if she hated it. If she hated him for doing it and he knew that then he is an ahole for taunting her about it now. I just think anyone who has dug in about "knowing" what happened should rethink their position. It's all speculation right

Where was all this crap when he was a F*****g Steeler or a Raider?

.
They cut him before he was suspended by the league.

And after he was handcuffed and frog-walked on live tv from his home by a team of FBI agents.

What the hell are you arguing????????????

The guy is no saint but funny how all this stuff is coming out now.

Not sure testimonies of "former stepfather"s are highly valued in courts of law........;)

It’s expected. You put someone in the headlines and thousands of “reporters” head out to find whatever looney person with any connection to them to give a sound bite.

At the time of the filing, the tally was something like:

Steeler: 3,285 days (during which the alleged incidents took place)
Raider: 177 days
Patriot: 36 hours (filed in court on the first subsequent working day possible)

Ok, this guys Larry Moss, there are records of him beating AB’s mom and he has the audacity to say this in public? And reporters lead with that. This is becoming sad.
Moss was arrested on charges of cocaine possession in 1989 and charges of cocaine possession with intent in 1998 in Miami-Dade County, according to court records. He was sentenced to five months probation in 1989 and sentenced to six months probation in 1998, according to court records.

Ehh... I wouldn’t put much stock into this guys chatter- if you read the article, Antonio’s “former step father” ...is a criminal who had “physical altercations” with Antonio’s mother, and according to AB’s younger brother, Desmond, the boys would have to get involved in these fights. Sounds like a real upstanding man...who is out to get his 2 minutes of air time.

I don't think he could legally place him there before the NFL investigation is concluded anyway.

I know we like to say "he can do whatever he says" but Wallach has a different opinion based on the CBA:

So once the NFL investigation is formally wrapping up is when the hammer might drop.
