Remember when Robert Kraft was a human trafficker and had to immediately sell the team or pass it down to Jonathan?

Hot takes aren't anything new regarding this team.

Remember when Patrick Chung was going to be arrested and cut?

That was like 2 weeks ago.

Exactly.

The world is always crumbling when anything Patriots-related takes a negative turn.

How the **** does anyone manage to ejaculate while watching a church service is the question.
Some people get really excited by a good sermon, I guess.

I would say that maybe one person might have said that. Hyperbole ain't just a river running through Wisconsin

Each person is different, you cannot take one person's experience and response and then judge another person's response to a similar experience.

Also, she doesn't claim that he raped her the first two times. She claims it happened the 3rd time. So, she doesn't claim she went back to him after he raped her.

About 2% of rape accusations turn out to be false according to the FBI
MAAN » Myths about false accusation

And about 40% of sexual assaults are not reported to police. People who want to diminish the number of sexual assaults that occur in our society have an agenda. I am not sure what your's is, but it is scary that so many men are so afraid of being falsely accused of sexual assault...maybe they don't understand what sexual assault is...the lines of consent are pretty clear to me, I don't understand why others cannot see those lines as clearly...perhaps these people are the ones who have stepped over the lines and are in denial over what they've done. I don't know.

When it comes to a rich high profile guy her course of action does raise suspicion. Why not go to the cops immediately? Now it's some civil lawsuit for emotional damages as in cash.

Go back and check the threads. It was a lot more than one person.

The main problem with this stat is that the percentage of false accusations is based off actually investigated and proven false. Any lack of investigation or charges doesn’t fall under that. Really if you did an “unknown of true or false category” that would be the highest one

That’s a great point...but

I highly doubt we all know women that have been raped. I’ve never had a woman share that she’s been raped with me.

I don’t think it’s something I’d be sharing much if I was a female rape victim

The statistics make it almost a certainty that you know someone who has been raped. You may not know that they've been raped, as you're right - they're not likely to share that. But undoubtedly, if the statistics are true, you know someone that has been raped.

Each person is different, you cannot take one person's experience and response and then judge another person's response to a similar experience.

Totally agree that people are different. I'm just going by what I've experienced. And I cannot fathom a woman wanting to go back repeatedly to a man who has raped her.

What was the timeline for Tyreek on the commish exempt list? That's the rumour going on currently at Pats Pulpit that the league is seriously considering doing this.

Also, she doesn't claim that he raped her the first two times. She claims it happened the 3rd time. So, she doesn't claim she went back to him after he raped her.

I am not making any judgment on what happened. I am waiting for facts to come out and the case to be decided. I have no idea what happened.

I think the League will suspend him

He has been a Patriot for one day, but all you hear is “Patriots’ star Antonio Brown”.

That's nothing new. That scumbag former running back who murdered his young daughter recently was a member of 5 NFL teams, but since he was on the Patriots practice squad for a month, he's a "former Patriot." Forget that he was actually on the field, playing for the Texans and Bills.

I'm not going to be surprised of the NFL puts Brown on the Exempt List. There's the favoritism angle that livinginthepast pointed out, but there's also the PR aspect that the league doesn't want to appear like they don't about sexual assault. Of course, they didn't mind the appearance that they didn't care about child abuse, but Tyreek Hill doesn't play for the Patriots.

On a tangent, I want to point out that Mychal Kendricks is still playing for the Seahawks. He was accused of and, in August of last year, plead guilty to insider trader charges. He's not a suspect, he's not going to trial, he's guilty. He's not as big of a star as Brown and his crime isn't as salacious as what Brown is being sued over, but he actually committed a crime and, at some point, will be going to jail. Meanwhile, he started for Seattle last Sunday and everyone seems to be okay with that.

god ****ing forbid you or your son or a male in your life is accused, we must "believe her", lock him up and toss away the key right? No questions asked. Guilty until proven innocent. Amazing the ignorance of so many among our current society about hundreds of years of established due process and the presumption of innocence. Shows the power of our media and how dumbed down and brainwashed we've become.

To be fair, it's a backlash against literally millennia of few, if any, repercussions for millions and millions of incidents. So it's not as if sexual assault just started happening and suddenly women are standing up for themselves. I don't like the direction things are going, either, but it's a comeuppance that was a couple thousand years coming.

I am going to plead to this thread and its posters.

We have Woman on this site. Regardless if you feel AB is being scammed make sure your comments show respect with them in mind...

Nice virtue signal. What exactly do you mean by this? Please be specific.

I don't know and neither do you.
