Gunner Olszewski broke his nose last night. Took a forearm from Ryan Switzer on a kickoff during the third quarter. He stayed in the game and said he’ll be fine:

“It’s a nose, man. You don’t need it to run or anything like that.”

Loved this kid when he first signed.. The fact that he attached himself to Edelman as soon as he got to Foxboro speaks volumes.. I'd love to see how he does in the passing game going forward.

Given that he was on lots of special teams units (maybe all of them?) I think he will be gameday active over Meyers.

Will be interesting. I suspect AB will only know a handful of plays. Will need another WR.

Yes. I think he is active because AB doesn't play STs. I think that Meyers is inactive, unfortunately.

Not all. He was in for 50% of ST snaps, so I'm guessing PR and KO coverage.

Edit: did some counting. There were 26 ST snaps, Gunner was on for 13. 5 PR and 8 KO coverage. He probably will never be on the field for FG/XP protection (7 snaps, the ones Ebner doesn't take). So the question is can he get on the field for KO returns and punt coverage?
