Not saying it was the most impactful, or most important, but for me I'm glad that the OP included the Brady to Branch bomb in the 2004 AFCCG.

Its sort of hard to imagine now, but at that time we were underdogs to the Steelers, both in the actual game, but also in terms of overall NFL history --- that is, in 2004 the Steelers had much more of a championship rep than we had. So when Brady completed that bomb to Branch (and it occurred just after we stopped the Steelers on 4th and 1, and got the ball back I think), it really felt like something shifted, both in that game, but also in our overall franchise trajectory --- huge moment.

So much greatness here to celebrate. In particular I love that this thread allows us to reflect on two of my absolute favorite Pats, Troy Brown and Tedy Bruschi.

I’ll add one more great memory (and resist the temptation to mention Mo Lewis) which is the entire game in Foxboro that was Brady’s first start, against the Colts with the Brian Cox hit and the pick-6s by Otis Smith and Ty Law. Back before my VCR crapped out that was the game I had on tape that I watched the most after that season of indescribable joy.

I was just going to mention the Brian Cox lick on Jerome Pathon - that one got me out of my chair. The Colts were "unbeatable" supposedly at that juncture - all the Indy talking heads on the various sports programs were spewing how their team was going to mop the field with the Pats - it was just a question of "how much". The minimum was a 2 TD victory with a 3-5 TD spread the more commonplace expectation. The Cox hit changed the complexion of that game, and what a joy the whole game was to witness. Tom Brady's first ever start was a total triumph over the "chosen ones" - Peyton and the Colts. And the place was packed, so don't ever let any other fan say "oh, we just jumped on that bandwagon gravy train" - that never happened, we were always on it - and from way, way, back - long before the train ever left the station.

The intentional safety in Denver giving the ball back to the Broncos down three and scheming that the defense will stop them and Brady will lead a game winning drive... all of which happened...

Also had perhaps the best MNF open ever.

In terms of the complete and utter joy and excitement no plays have made me jump up and down and cheer so loudly as the Brady to Moss record breaker/undefeated season clincher, the Thompkins TD, and the Butler interception.

Amazingly, Brady had 103.5 degree temperature and was receiving IV drips the night before in the hotel.

So many to chose from, we tend to remember the playoffs for impact. From the early days I think of:
- Troy Brown punt return against Steelers
- Harrison pick 6 against Steelers ( go back and watch Vrabel is on top of Big Ben sticking his junk right in his face)
- Brown TD in overtime against Miami

More modern:
- Gronkowski TD against Seahawks in the Super Bowl, even with my limited football knowledge I was screaming “Gronk is 1;1 against a LB, big mistake”, believe it was like a 45 yard TD
- butt fumble, utter embarrassment for Jets on national tv
- Butler INT , amazing
- High strip sacking Ryan

Give me a few days I will find some more.
