OT: Tiger Woods wins the Masters

My uncle moved to South Florida to coach football, he's in the schools hall of fame, definitely more competitive with some real good athletes down there.
Yeah that are already running 4.4 or sub 4.4 40s and benching more than their body weight. Kids that come out of there are freaks. FFS they train by chasing down rabbits for farmers. And they’re successful at it.

The right end in a single wing is the TE.

I played for the Boston Lacrosse Club. We played Syracuse, U Mass, UNC, John Hopkins, etc. No "meh" about it. I came out of lacrosse games beat to sh*t.
Big difference playing when you played vs. today though. Those kids down there are kids mentally but they’re men physically. They populate a very generous percentage of the NFL. FWIW, I agree with you about the physicality of lacrosse.

OT to the OT thread drift - does anyone else who has played hockey and football agree that the hits in hockey are worse?
In hockey, a high blindside hit on the boards by someone launching then falling onto hard ice with a guy on top of you is nothing short of dangerous. That Bruins game last night was brutal, BTW.

All he is is liar. This peace of trash might as well go jerk himself while diving over a cliff. Seriously **** this jerk
What's gotten into you? Jack Daniels?

I played right end in the old single wing offense in football and crease attack in lacrosse. Lacrosse is more difficult and I came out of lacrosse games more beat up.
I played club lacrosse in college. Way before it was as popular now. I played hockey, football, etc. I was a midfielder.

Lacrosse is no joke.

Tiger’s too much of a d-bag for me to cheer for. Still shake my head about the Navy Seals dinner story and how cheap he is.

Tiger is one of those people you admire and enjoy his greatness but would never want to hang out and have a beer with.

Sounds like you’ll be passed out before Thrones starts…

Working on it. I hate that show, a guy told me they film that in Ohio. I mean it’s possible. What really sux is tomorrow will be even worse than today.

I was happy to see Tiger win after 11+ years without a major. All his naysayers remind me of how people wrote off Brady.

Regardless of how you feel about him, the guy is a legend.

Yeah, kids are bigger today no question, and they've got a lot of speed in Florida. However, we had kids in my high school division, way back then, who went on to the NFL.

Something to keep in mind about lacrosse is that Jim Brown was a lacrosse all-star as well as a great running back -- imagine running into him, or getting whacked by him in college lacrosse!

Yes, he is a legend of his profession. But unlike Brady, he is very hard to appreciate as a person.

I heard they secretly film right outside of Toledo.

Tell that to all the Brady haters, they believe the same about Brady.

Toledo must the most scenic area in the universe.
You obviously haven’t seen the “Game of Thrones: Youngstown” edition, yet. Talk about the scenery.

Sad, but true.

I’ve heard a lot of stupid reasoning as to why one should hate Tom Brady over the years. From the obvious “he’s cheating....at something,” to “he left his pregnant wife for a younger woman,” and everything in between.

It would be great if his Best Buddies stuff received more attention, aside from the hit piece about improper allocation of funding or whatever that was a couple of years ago.

Golf on TV is exponentially better when Tiger is playing well, and even better than that when he in contention..

Some of the comments yesterday by the announcers about his belief he would never play again shows how hard he worked and his dedication to the game.. I do not care about his personal life or his politics. He is a great athlete..

The only thing better would have been him paired with Phil Mickelson and both of them pulling shots out of their butts as only they can do..

For those of you who do not think Golf is a sport, try it.. it is a very humbling game, just when you think you have one part of the game down another part, sometimes 2, falls apart.. not matter it is always enjoyable.

Pretty cool he bounced back from all the injuries, don't care about golf at all but suppose that's pretty neat. Least he seems like he owns his demons and isn't a fraud like Peyton.
