2018-19 Stanley Cup - Bruins vs Blues

It's far better than the NFL. Not even close really.

The NHL is the best sport league in the world. It is like having all of the world’s best soccer players playing in the English Premiere Division. The world’s best face each other every night in the NHL. The level of play is as high as it gets. And playoff hockey is as good as it gets.

Dont follow a ton but holy sh** if columbus takes out tb. That would have to go down on the all time choke list for sure.

CBJ was pretty hot down the stretch and it seems to have carried over, they looked great tonight.

They’re in big trouble if Kucherov is suspended

They also were up 2-0 to the Caps last year and choked it away

It wasn't that bad. Warrants an additional penalty - nothing more.

Yeah, I’m not going to get too excited about the idea of Tampa Bay being eliminated down 0-2 in a 7 game series—to Columbus of all teams. If the Blue Jackets somehow pull it off though, it will certainly be one of the biggest series upsets in awhile.

I’m just hoping the Bruins take their loss in the opener, as well as what is happening to Tampa Bay as a major wake up call and start playing their best hockey. Toronto is really vulnerable in their own end, but the Bruins have to win the neutral zone to exploit those weaknesses. Toronto owned it the other night, so Cassidy has to give them a way to get Toronto on their heels, and the Bruins have to forecheck much better and take control of the neutral zone.

Rask is a good goaltender who hasn’t really come through in the playoffs, but that loss on Thursday was on the entire team, not just him. They won’t win the Cup unless he turns in the best playoff run of his career.

It’s far from over but CBJ is going to give them a serious run for their money, at a minimum.

People still watch NHL? Lol.

This is just my personal preference but I got hockey as the 2nd most entertaining sport to watch on tv (football) and the best to go to live.

Basic logic tells us that liking A more than B does not therefore mean one does not like B.

It would be better for you to be on a Bruins forum. Just my observation.

He’s basically Gostowski, mostly reliable but had a few major mistakes. Could do worse.
There is no gostowski equivalent to Rask in gm 6 vs Chicago in 13...none, nein....

Anyone who hates hockey never saw the first five minutes of this game.

This series is going to be awesome.

I hope the Bruins can keep up the pace of all the body checks they're delivering.

Nice goal made possible by an uncalled elbow to the face resulting in blood.
