Hey Ian, free agency is dormant, Robert Kraft’s cialis has worn off, and the draft is fast approaching. Imo your site has the best draft knowledge of any site out there, but it’s in the draft forum. My request is that the general forum be allowed to the draft forum for the next couple of weeks so all that knowledge can be shared on the general forum Give it the run up to the draft, and a week after it to digest what took place, and then go back to the normal structure.

Thanks for your consideration and everything you do to keep this site going strong.

I’m not Ian. But, main forum literally has no give and take. You’re wrong! I’m right!!! I rarely post there any more

Sh.t, I thought I had posted this in the general forum.

Stick around here Ivan. All opinions welcome.

Thanks, uncharacteristically I don’t have many strong feelings about this draft. I simply haven’t done the research necessary to develop them. I think it could well be slim pickings at # 32, but if the first round turns into teams reaching for their needs, which often happens in a volatile first round, then they could see a surprise fall to them, as happened with a Wilfork years ago. If that happens they should jump all over it, even if it means moving up. If not, and their board is picked clean as the first round is ending, then move back , as day 2 looks to be really solid, and they can address numerous needs. After that it’s a crapshoot, as is every draft. At any rate I’m looking forward to seeing the opinions of those of you who put a great deal of work into this draft, should be interesting.

Rather than altering the structure of the site (which I suspect isn't a realistic option), maybe we should just post a thread in the main forum pointing people here? I've done that occasionally in the past as the draft approached, and it seemed to help.

I spotted this after seeing @patchick post a link back here on the main board. I'll see if I can add something in addition when I get home. The new forum will handle situations like this better in terms of making relevant discussions more available, but I'm not quite done with it just yet. But I'll come up with something.

Also - be sure to tag me with an @Ian so I see these moving forward :)

Thanks Ian, greatly appreciated.

Tagging you may be beyond the scope of my technological abilities, but I’ll do my best.
