There actually is something fishy though. Kraft may have always been doing this. What got my minds wheels rolling was the timing.
Sure. Anything can happen at any time for any reason or no reason. Secondly, where it happened. The pats are not well loved in Florida. While I’m willing to admit that all of these things mean absolutely nothing. They do set off alarm bells.

SA in Martin dropping the most serious charges (racketeering, money laundering) on two of the women that have plead nolo on single prostitution felony charges.

It is absolutely incredible that after 6 months of investigations and 30 days of continuous video recordings the Martin cops came away with almost nothing. Sure they shut down the spas but they could have done that in less time with much less extreme measures and fanfare since proving the prostitution was apparently fairly easy even without the videos.

Imo this has been a complete joke of an investigation and utter embarrassment and disgrace for LE. Sheriff should be put out to pasture.

True Andy, he’s still probably guilty of this. That said, I hope he is not. I do admire Kraft to a degree but at the end of the day, your right. He either did or didn’t. And even when krafts lawyers turn that courtroom into a cross between a napalm air strike and feeding time at sea worlds shark tank. Goodell still hands down some insane punishment.

Agree, but an innocent person who thinks he'll lose and has no means to fight it may think it's a good deal too. It works both ways. People can get stupid when they're scared. Cops know this. Lots of false confessions have be given by scared people

Exactly. Look, there are rules and as many as I’ve seen just tossed aside in the name of “so called” justice. Please, you must be joking. Not sure why everyone is riding the cops on this one. Let's assume they messed the case completely up. What does that have to do with whether Kraft is guilty or not? He's not being charged with sex trafficking and you have to ask yourself, "do I think he did it"? If you think he was dating this woman and decided the best place to go out for a date was at her place of business or he was at this seedy strip mall to get a massage, then more power to you. If you think he was up to something illegal, then what the cops did is purely a procedural issue. Either way, the issue is what he did or didn't do. Everything else is smoke and mirrors. He's paying his lawyer to redirect your attention to the legal aspect of it and away from Kraft's guilt or innocence.

Let's be clear, the cops could have done everything wrong and that may legally clear Kraft but that really isn't the issue. The procedural questions are what his team of lawyers wants you to focus on though and why he's paying for them. They aren't arguing that he didn't do it and they aren't arguing the morality of prostitution. They are focusing on the procedure and sex trafficking ro redirect your attention because that is where they want it.

No they haven’t. They have continued to maintain there is not they do not have enough proof.
What I hope is that since we know it’s a reality that Asian girls are being trafficked is that these plea bargains are a way to further an investigation in order to apprehend traffickers. Do you not wish for that?
