Lets get it going. Thoughts?

Can't wait to see how bad this deal is..

After today, they are no longer the 2nd best team playing in MetLife Stadium.

That’s about the best compliment I can think to give them without lying.

Slim Fast has already contacted him as well and he will take over as the spokesperson for Dan Marino.

It will be interesting to see how his dancing style will fit in with the Jets O-Line. Was he a product of the Steelers O-Line? TBD.

Inexperienced and shaky QB, running behind a horrible OL, out of football eating donuts for a year... what could possibly go wrong?

I don't think they were before today.

$35m guaranteed

He didn't break the bank, and he'll never make his money back on the field. As I noted in another thread, this relatively low number makes it seem (to me) as if he only had the one team chasing him.

But the endorsement possibilities will help.

Considering the year James Conner had, you have to wonder. It's possible the Jets just bought a very expensive Laurence Maroney clone.

People don’t give Lawrence Maroney enough credit as he was the pioneer of the dancing style.

Well if that Laurence Maroney clone had eaten Laurence Maroney before camp started.

Did he buy those donuts from Ricky Jean Francois?

James Conner served mostly to demonstrate why a RB like Bell is worth the huge money.

The Jets got better but they aren't good enough to challenge the division, likely another year of irrelevance unless Darnold takes a huge step forward.

He certainly seems to have gambled and lost with Pittsburgh.

And if Mr. Bell thought that the press in Pittsburgh were harsh, wait until he sees what the repotards and mediots in NYC can, and will, do.

I suspect that right now, they are like a pack of sharks who just got the scent of blood in the water.

Wait and see how he does under the microscope of the NY Press and NY Sportstalk.. it is a long way from Pittsburgh to NY, and in that town there is a small margin for error before the wolves are unleashed..
