Brady was screaming/crying after that ACL shred by Pollard in 2008. I read an article about this a while back and one of the Chiefs (I think Pollard himself) describes the agony of that injury. There seems to be some propaganda war going on with Carr.
I cried when I read this story. :(

Steelers completely ****ed this up. They should have asked Brown for a list of teams he won’t threaten to not report for and then allowed his agent to talk to them. Then teams would have had a lot more interest knowing they were getting a player who wanted to go there and whose contract situation would be agreed to. Instead they’ve been trying to figure out compensation when teams are increasingly hesitant to take on Brown at any cost. Once again this goes back to their arrogance in deciding which teams they will and won’t deal him to. They hold the worst hand here. Brown has used his leverage well.
That's not possible, he's dumb and stupid remember?

The Raiders need somebody to sell tickets and get some attraction as they are moving to Vegas. This is not a bad transaction. It makes a lot of sense. They have to pay some one.

Honestly I have no clue what Gruden is doing.

What bothers me is this little nagging voice in the back of my head saying "You felt exactly the same way about Belichick in 2000."

But right now I'm thinking Gruden has lost it and their roster is a disaster.

Let's wait and see if Cooper can consistently play like he did with the Cowboys in the 9 games he spent there before declaring him sure to be superior to AB. The Amari Cooper of the last two years with Oakland was mostly trash.

No, putting Cooper anywhere near AB is clown talk

Lots of big ego's going to Las Vegas; Gruden, Mayock and now Brown sounds toxic to this fan..

It might sell tix, but also might create a lot of tension in the locker room..

IMO, Antonio Brown is a better player than Khalil Mack. The age factor is irrelevant.

Mack can make more of an impact since he doesn’t have to rely on his quarterback. Brown’s production is going to dip if the Raiders decide to keep Derek Carr.

He probably convinced the owners that they were not going to be competitive with Mack and Carr. They might as well tear it down and wait for BB and TB to retire.

Raiders have 2nd pick in round 3 and 3rd pick in round 5, so almost like a 2nd and 4th.

This spin by a Steelers fan is so sad, I almost feel sorry for him. Almost. 1000% chance he was wearing his replica Roethlisberger jersey when he typed it. Maaaa, extra meatloaf for your sweet boy tonight, please. He needs that comfort food.

So basically the Steelers lost their two best players and in return they will get two third round picks and a 5th rd pick, or in other words less compensation than the Pats got for Solder, Butler, Amendola, and Fleming!

Minus the millions in bonus money and giant cap hits left over from Browns contract. What a **** show.

Ha ha ha ha ha

I assumed they would get at least one of Oakland’s first round picks. The Stealers got hosed big time.

Is Bell not part of the comp pick formula next year? Not that the Steelers will play that right and not that another pick will save them from loosing 2 top talents.

I would take Mack over Brown every time.
I don't think that was ever a choice for Gruden. Is he not supposed to replace Cooper because of last year's mistakes.

Breaking a post

Don't fix what's not broken.

into pieces

Reece's are the best.

isn’t intended to be an interrogation

Or is it?

It’s done

Fine!!

OCD much?

to separate the points

Keep them together for one big point. For example. . + . = .

being made

Goodfellas is a great movie.

address each individually

I heard Brady does this.

For clarity

I don't understand.

Don't we do the same thing? ' a Patriot's first round pick is almost a second '

I was responding to takes regarding the Mack or Brown question.

One good thing about this Trade: if Gruden hit on a good WR in the Draft the Raiders will be competitive again. I am sure Chiefs fans are doing this. That said the Steelers got hosed. :D

That’s because it’s not for clarity, it’s so that Andy can remove context and dictate the argument. He knows this as he’s been told this numerous times. It’s a tactic, nothing more. Andy wants to prosecute his case and believes that he should be able to demand answers from whomever he is interrogating.
