I've got a few friends in Houston and I hear nothing but great things about this guy from a character perspective. I'm rooting for him (when he's not playing us of course).

Good kid :)

A great story about what looks like a really selfless young NFL Player..

Great to see a plug about Habitat For Humanity, I have been affiliated with them since the early 90's in a variety of different ways..

I like him. I hope him and Billy O do well as long as they’re not playing us.

what a great story. he seems like a really humble guy. i also love the fact that he just renovated her house and made it nicer instead of buying her a huge mcmansion in some gated community.

As I understand it she refused to move :p

And yeah, DW just impresses me more and more. What a nice likeable player. The Houston Texans have an amazing leader, I hope they appreciate him.

DeShaun seems like a nice guy and all, but "Auntie Sonia" is the real star of that video!

Hopefully everybody is being nice to their moms.

Although I’ve seen some horrible moms in my time as an educator. Horrible enough to call the authorities.
