While I would like a blow out win I understand the public would hate that and in hindsight it wouldn't be fun to look back on. So i decided on a compromise.

I'd like a win in which the Pats are always in control of the game but can't put the Rams completely away. I hope we are always up by between 7-14 until the very end in which they turn it into a one score game with very little time left and we recover the key onside kick. I think that would be ideal. Something for me and everyone to watch as a fan and be kinda compelling but not a heart attack game.

I don't. My heart can legitimately not take any more close Super Bowls. I know that sounds like a spoiled statement considering you're a Jags fan and would kill to be in this many close Super Bowls, but it does a number on your heart and your stress is through the roof the entire time. I'm not sure how anyone that posts on this forum is still alive, to be honest.

Yeah, if it were the Jags playing I would want them to win running away too. The stress would be too much

This is an interesting debate. Of course on the night you want the game to be put away easily, but it is nights like against Atlanta that stay with you forever.

If I could choose the win it would be close, but on the night I just want us to kerb stomp them...

Brandon Lang is one of the best sports betters in the world. He has picked correctly on the Patriots 8 out of 8 times in the Brady/BB run and is 23-3-2 in the super bowl for picking the spread. He is strongly suggesting he likes the Pats -2.5 in this one. (For those who don't know, he is the guy the movie 'Two for the Money' is based off of)

Here is the non-bet bet.

Who did he pick last year?

The Patriots have already provided us with a lifetime's worth of nail biter memories. I still envy those 80s/90s NFC teams who got to pretty much cruise control their way through SBs. I want the Patriots to have one of those.

Yeah that’s where I began to spiral out of control as well. I said things about Edelman that I’m not proud of. I said worse things about him after the ball bounced off his hands and got picked. But then I had the usual love for him after the game was over.

It's a love-hate relationship. Kind of like with my wife.... except with her it's a hate-hate one.

Who do you think Tony Dungy picks in this one?
