Pre Super Bowl Thread- On to the Rams

Games on again at 3 am. F*ck it I'm re-watching it in a calm state now, can't sleep anyway.

Why did the STL Rams move to LA?
Was it a “ if you don’t build me a stadium, I will leave” thing?

Seriously did something happen to michel that i missed? Why are people posting about his availability for the sb??

It doesn't make any sense, at all, for either of them to walk away after this season. Are they both capable of making bizarre decisions? Sure. Is it at all likely? Well, if BB were going to be gone, why were both Flores and McDaniels out taking HC interviews? And, if Brady is going to be gone, he'll be undercutting his one TB12 brand.

So expect them both back next year. It's far and away the likeliest scenario.

I think some of it is me believing in some smoke, but not neccessarily fire into the reports of the rift. Hopefully if there’s one, they’ve worked through it. I could totally see brady retiring after the year, especially after a SB win, which is part of the reason I say this. If I’m wrong I’ll gladly eat my crow. As a matter of fact I’ll quote my quote saying this was the last bb Brady year when they got beat by the steeelers

It always seems like it’s the same type of NFC team that we go up against... with a strong pass rush. The O line will have to bring their A+ game.

Suh and Donald v. Thuney/Andrews/Mason could be the key to the game

Yeah I didn't see what happened, but given how conspicuous and long his absence was I just assumed eventually that he must have been hurt. Hope he's good to go in a couple weeks.

Thanks. Was this after his td?

I am sure we will know more tmw. I didnt even catch him limping really. But since multiple people independently said it happened you gotta trust the crowd.

Serious case to be made for Matthew Slater as the GOAT coin toss caller.

Finally the superbowl drought has ended. It's been a long 11 months.
Interminable.

Two more weeks left.

Fortunately, we got lots to do to be ready for the Lambs.

Faulk & ****erson doubtless will be teabagging each other saying we're taping their walk throughs.

Think I'll cut a few onions and do my Vermeil impression.

I think what is stunning about Brady is the composure and execution after leaving 10 easy points (when he threw the first INT from the 2 yard line and later when they failed to convert the 4th and 1 near the 25 yard line) in a hostile environment, against the # 1 seed, then watch them come back in the second half and take a lead, have another unlucky INT that resulted in them scoring, and in spite of all this, go out and surgically do his duty calmly and in a controlled manner in the remaining crucial drives @ end of the regular period and OT.

Holy cow! What an athelete! What a performance! What a man!

I thought I was lucky to see MJ do his magic when he was with the Bulls.

I am even more lucky to see TB.

What Brady has done - sorry, continues to do - in this 17+ years managed to put him higher than MJ in my eyes. Praying hard that he gets the sixth ring. And more. :)

GO PATS!!
