This is not news.

I think it's been more speculation on our part that he'll retire, but we haven't gotten any news from people from the Gronk camp until today.

What these guys physically endure to play this game is incomprehensible.

I want what's best for Gronk. Whatever Gronk decides make it so.

One 4th down stop and he would have had the fairytale ending last year. He was unbelievable in the SuperBowl, unbelievable against the Steelers...imagine if he retired after winning it all being as dominant as ever! Alas...

Hopefully he goes out as the champion he’s been for this team. If not, thank you Gronk for everything you’ve done for the Pats. Once in a lifetime player.

For the first time this is neither surprising nor concerning. Unless he can turn back time losing 2019 Gronk is not losing that much.
I’m wondering if this is true.. it still seems like defenses give him either their best DB or enormous attention with help over the top. Seems to me like he’s still been an impact player, even with the reduced stats
