Dolphins spent the day talking to the Seahawks staff about Kris Richard.
The feeling in NFL circles is that they will offer him the job.

Interesting tidbit Jerry Jones is trying to keep him in the 11th hour offering a big pay raise and a assistant head coach title.

So if this happens we retain Flores.
No guarantee he gets the full coordinator promotion here with Belichicks buddy Schiano out there.

Very interesting.

Schiano might end up as a special consultant, the way Pees and Lombardi have in the past. Good way to augment the brain trust without messing with the career progression ladder.

So this team could have Josh Rosen, three additional second round picks, Mike McCarthy as their head coach, and money to spend this offseason? That would have legitimately been the best laid foundation for a division rival since 2001.

Darnold-Gase is going to be a treat for us to watch.

It maybe more difficult for them to lure free agents knowing how Gase is.

What happened to Sexy Rexy trifecta?:(

Come on Chris, we already know Flores is not going anywhere. Relax!

While Rex once experiences defeet, the Dolphins hire a guy they had a cup of coffee with in 2005.. guess they know him well enough, might be able to develop that Dolphins secondary..
