If Elandon Roberts can get quality snaps on this D and Rivers can't then that should tell ya. It's up to Rivers now it wouldn't take much to make an Impact on this Front 7.
It also limits our running game because Patterson gets to the edge better than anyone else we have. I imagine they will use Dorsett again on the jet sweep but he is not Patterson. Maybe the quick pass behind the LOS. Josh will be challenged.

Aside from the 20-something snaps that the Pats had Patterson lined up as an RB, the Vikes pretty much did use him the same way with end-arounds and sweeps. Maybe not as frequently, though.
Well for a First Rounder you would think Patterson was a little more accomplished Receiver. But he's known as a sloppy route runner thus his struggles with previous Teams. The Pats did some things different with him. One thing you can see is that he's Fast and also Quick. I like him and would extend him because of his versatility.
With some moving pieces and guys in and out elsewhere, it’s nice to have the stability of the five starters on the OL. Don’t expect them to have the 300 yards of rushing like last week, but do expect them to hold up well.

Not a good sign for Clayborn that he's inactive again. At least last week you could argue him being inactive was just part of the game plan to contain Josh Allen.
